I attempted to make a purchase online
I attempted to make a purchase online. My bank did not Recognize the company name and refused to honor my debit card. I was given a telephone number and my call was taken by Rose. Rose Took my purchase order over the phone and attempted to use that same card twice, but my bank would not honor it. Rose said that she would make some inquiries and would call me back within 15 minutes. She did call me back. We decided that it would be best if I used a different card. That solved the problem and Rose completed the order for me. Immediately upon completing the order Rose sent me all of the installation documents and video links. I was extremely Impressed by the thoroughness and tenacity that Rose exhibited in helping me make a purchase.

Terrific follow up and customer service
John was very helpful in resolving my issue. He had to deal with a problem in two different areas. One that involved only part of my order being fulfilled, the other that involved in overcharge for expedited shipping that was not necessary due to back ordered product. He was extremely thorough and followed up until all of these issues had been resolved above and beyond what was necessary. Due to his help with the situation I will continue to recommend Tadi camera systems to other Equestrian’s. Thank you.

Professional and courteous experience purchasing a premium camera system for our 45' fifth wheel RV. Tadi Brothers answered my many questions. I can't wait get it hooked up!

{unusual} excellent customer service
In a nutshell I ordered one too many cameras and returned one but the refund wasn't what it should have been probably because the admin office overlooked the fact that I upgraded to high definition camera. I called several times and finally John was the person who followed through to find out what exactly happened and fixed it so I got the additional refund that was owed. Very much appreciated. The customer service through John was just excellent. Thanks much. And I like the camera system
