Rose was helpfull, i didnt solve my problem, but am replacing the equipment i purchased less than 4 years ago. I am concerned, in light of the fact that i bought a $500 backup camera, and now 4years later i'm buying another. On TEMU there is a backup camera that is less than $60. I am impressed that Rose was available to counsel me on the replacement system. So , I am spendind $350 MORE to remain your customer. I hope you take this seriously.
