Every business likes to claim they have…
Every business likes to claim they have great customer service but the reality is for most, once they get your money you are left on your own. My experience started shortly after placing my order when I got a call that they had just shipped the last one of that model and I could either wait for the next shipment or possibly consider a new model that had just arrived. They supplied me a link to look at the new system and I decided to switch to it. They expedited the shipping and I received it a couple of days later. Already a pleasant experience with the company. Once I installed the screen and camera in my van I realized the screen was upside down. The cameras rotated but not the screen. I called customer service and spoke to Josan. Since the system was new she asked me to video the problem and send her the video. I sent it and a few hours later I received an email from Josan saying they had received the video and were looking for a fix. The next day I got a call from her with instructions on how to fix it. After following the instruction everything worked perfectly. I sent her an email with thanks for the prompt replies. I was surprised the following day to get a followup call from Josan just to check that everything was okay. Believe you won’t get that kind of service from most businesses. A real pleasurable experience.

I purchased a system upgraded to larger monitor which was a mistake on my part, called to get instructions on how to return and swap monitor. Talked to Gabe he was very helpful and friendly. Everything went ok.
