I spoke with Rose about a camera…
I spoke with Rose about a camera system. I seen it on the website but still had questions. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product. Very helpful. After reading their reviews I’m undecided on whether to purchase the camera. Most of the negative reviews talk about very similar things that were negative.

Exceptional Customer Service
I contacted Tadi Brothers after seeing a YouTube video. My husband and I have been together over 40 years and getting creative for Christmas gifts can be challenging. The sales person who helped me with the purchase was patient, kind and generous in explaining things. I wished I remembered his name. I shared that I was hesitant in purchasing anything because I wasn’t really certain if the product was what my husband was looking for. I was eavesdropping on a conversation he was having with his friend. Tadi Sales Rep said not to worry that I could get a full refund if the product is not what he wanted. Sadly it wasn’t. I then contacted Tadi Brothers customer service and spoke with Florence explaining that I wanted to return an unopened purchase. She was as helpful and friendly just like the Sales Rep. She said she would call me the next day (today) we confirmed 9:30 am. The time came and went on my end. I’m in Sarasota Fl. I called customer service and got a message that their office was closed. I then realized that we were on different time zones. I left a message. A little past 10:00 am Florida time I get a call from Gabriel from Tadi Brothers. He called me even though it was after 7:00 am PST. Gabriel was just as helpful as Florence and the sales Rep. He was attentive and explained the return policy and process. This company has the best service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I applaud Tadi Brothers for really putting the customer first. It has been a very long time since I’ve seen and experienced such genuine customer service. Thank you Gabriel, Florence and the Sales Person. You represent your company extremely well and as a senior I was very grateful. Sincerely Shirley Vargas
