I started trying to order on Dec 17th it was a bit of a challenge because of the amount of pop-ups on the web page. This is the only company I have ever seen that pops there adds on there own web site while you are trying to order. When i got the system I bench tested everything per direction. Although disappointed in everything being from China after watching there proud to be an American utube video(thy never said American products) I hooked it up and it connected almost instantly and with a nice picture. So I spent the next couple of days running power wires and screwing mounts to my rig. Re-test before mounting the monitor and can't get a connection. I got a battery and hooked to the monitor and was great as long as I didn't get more than 5 foot away from the camera. Not good with multiple cameras. I make the phone call and start explaining my issues. Also difficult because of eco and a big delay on the phone line . Then I'm told the system I purchased was outdated and thy didn't work on them anymore (a week and a half old )And was prompted for a up sell to the new system. I spent the next day uninstalling the China junk and boxing it back up for exchange on the new system. Somewhere in the many phone calls and messages I ask who I was speaking with. Josan was the voice on the other end and she went to great lengths to help get the exchange going . Enough of there mistakes for now. I returned to the wrong address. It was a 3rd party shipper (shipbob) that sent it and not tadibrothers . It was returned in the box with tadibrothers name on it and signed for but they couldn't locate it and would only pay half of the cost . So now I've been installed, uninstald ,up-sell and then they want another $500 for the old system before they will ship the new one. So I called Josan and ask her point blank, dose this sound fair to you? She called me back in 10 minutes and said if I would pay the shipping they would cover the rest .I appreciate her putting in the effort to help the situation. The new system is on the way and they assured me it is way better. Looking forward to getting it installed and running.
