Hello fellow consumers
Hello fellow consumers, I called in to Tadi Brothers for the very first time, and I was lucky enough to get an agent named Rose. I was calling specifically about a rearview mirror, mounted display with wireless cameras for my truck and trailer, and after she fully explained the system that I was looking at which was only $299, I made the choice to go ahead and get off the phone but Rose tactfully and respectfully kept me on the phone to discuss additional products with different features that ended up completely working for me. Her persistence was right in line with my personality, and even though instead of spending $299, I spent $900 , she offered me about $1400 worth of product with discounts as many as she could find an offer and I was 100% satisfied with the service and salesmanship. Additionally because of my situation I needed to contact her back and realize that she had given me her direct line to reach her if I needed anything I was concerned about not getting my product in time Because I had not seen that the warehouse had shipped it yet so I texted her. She immediately responded and personally contacted the fulfillment center to reroute my product for a more appropriate shipping option which she handled. Personally, I didn’t have to deal with any machines or artificial intelligence show this being the first time for me to use Tadi Brothers I definitely will go back to them. I can’t wait to hook my Camera system up today as my products are now sitting at my doorstep .
