Great help with shipping issue

I have a problem pairing my new camera and monitor. So I contacted TadiBrothers about the problem by an email late last night and received a call from Sherwin Reyes early the next morning. I went over the things I had done and he arranged for me to return my order for tech support. He was very pleasant and helpful to talk to. Thanks Sherwin.

The issue began when an order of a backup camera and monitor were shipped without the proper cables to connect the two units. The incorrect cables were initially sent and when the correct cables were not available an updated monitor is going to be sent. The issue was lastly handled by Josan who has offered the best solution.

Great feedback and recommendations for upgrading to a wireless back up monitor and adding side cameras. Tech ask very appropriate use questions to get me into the best system. 6 mo follow up with additional tricks and tips video from Josan who is very knowledgeable and courteous. The back up tech support when installing and offers to build custom connectors for my system was unbelievable. System I have actually delivers more use features than I use. We have bought 3 Tadi Brothers Camera systems for our horse trailers. The most recent purchase was for 2 systems, one to upgrade an older Tadi system purchased years ago.
