GREAT Customer Service is back........at least at TB
The 1st person I spoke with was Pau (I hope I spelled it correctly)? Her detailed knowledge at the 1st level Maintenace was spot on. Her caring and customer service was the BEST I've come across in over 10 years. Troubleshooting skills to determine the problem was exquisite. She then knew the point when everything she could do was exhausted.........and transferred me to Gabriel who took control and without skipping a beat utilized his skills and determined the issue and resolved the problem......... TB should be proud of their service provided and has value added in the personnel they employ Thank you for a GREAT experience

Spoke with customer service rep, Rose Hernandez via telephone. She was very knowledgeable of the product sensors that I was looking for. All questions were immediately answered, all installation material and videos were promptly sent. 5 star customer service. I would recommend Rose to anyone for help with your products. Thank You.

The best customer service I have ever experienced
I have rarely had a better experience than speaking today to John in the Chat box, and then Sherwin on the phone. Both were so helpful and patient with my many questions to make sure I got the exact right camera system for my purpose. I will certainly be doing business with Tadi Brothers again. Thank you!
