BRILLIANT camera! Have had it installed in every single one of my company's vehicles. No hassle, no tangling, super straightforward.

Sherwin helped me receive missing parts to the camera I purchased. To explain, when I received my camera and monitor system it was missing the antenna and cigarette adapter for the monitor. Since I received delivery of the product on a Saturday, the division I needed to contact was closed at Tadibrothers. I was able to talk with someone in sales, however, and he told how to contact the help department and what information I needed to send. He was very helpful, however, I do not remember his name. The following Monday I called back to confirm that my email had gone through and talked with Sherwin. He confirmed that he did have my email in front of him and he also confirmed the parts with me that were missing. He told me it would take a few days to get things together and email me a tracking number to track the parts. To my surprise Sherwin called me back a few days later and told me all was good to go and the parts would be mailed out that day. He also told me he would send the tracking number which he did that same day. I am now waiting for the missing parts to arrive. I believe Sherwin provided excellent service and certainly did his job solving my problem.
