Super Helpful

Backup camera system for Ram Promaster
I bought a back up camera and monitor for my Ram Promaster. It fit perfectly in the 3rd brake light and looks like it's a factory job. The monitor is great and it gives me great visibility now behind my van. I have the monitor on all the time and it's been very helpful.

Warranty support
I had trouble from the very beginning with cloudiness in my back up camera. Everything I was told to do did nothing to resolve the problem. I emailed support again and got a phone call practically right away from Sherwyn. He was very helpful and responsive at every step of the return, repair and redelivery process. Thank you to him for great service!! Crossing all digits the camera is 100% clear now.

Rose was very helpful. We were traveling and wanted to buy the product as it was an overstocked item, but we didn’t want it shipped right away. She said no problem. Just call me when you’re ready and when I did, she knew exactly who I was and what my order number was and was able to ship it.

Polite
Polite, professional and prompt. Paul answered my questions regarding and order and log in questions I had. I haven’t got the side cameras installed yet but have installed the license plate camera installed on our 40’ coach I tested these cameras at 125’ and they work great. I also installed the rear camera on our 24’ car hauler and it great. Easy to connect to to 10” monitor. I had some questions and tech support was great they called me back in 5 minutes with the answer to my specific installation questions.
