Useless site with rigged reviews
I booked a hotel through tablet and it was so bad we couldn’t stay. Not only did the room smell, it was shabby and dirty. Tablet did nothing about it and blocked me from writing a review even though I paid for the room- beware- they do not have transparent business practices.

We’re sorry to hear the hotel did not meet your expectations. We assure you that we do in-fact publish all hotel feedback without bias- the good, the bad, and the ugly. However, since your reservation was canceled upon arrival, our system is unable to generate a post-stay feedback form. Only guests who booked through Tablet and stay at the hotel can leave a review on Tablet- canceled reservations, and guests who did not book on Tablet, are not eligible to leave a review. We understand there are other review platforms that publish feedback from any source and without verification. However, in order to ensure the integrity of our review system the reviews featured on Tablet are only accessible to Tablet bookers who have completed stays at the property. Hillary, you've been reliably booking hotels on Tablet since 2016 and our feedback policy has always been the same for everyone. We hope the explanation above helps demonstrate that all feedback is important to us but we cannot make exceptions to the rules because we feel our feedback policy for verified guests ensures our platform provides reviews you can trust. With this in mind, we hope you’ll reconsider booking with us again in the future.
