Tablecover looks great, my only suggestion would be that you don't fold the fabric down the middle of the logo. That's the most important part and it arrives with a huge crease through the middle of the logo. If they were folded like a dress shirt, with the middle/center preserved and the wings folded back, that would look much better. Thx

Ordered a customed table cloth and didn't satisfy us but the best they can offer is 10%. What a shame! No wonder many customers are giving 3 stars and below. Save yourself from this company!

Service was exceptional from the design support to the delivery of the table cloth. We received it just like we wanted.

I ordered custom table covers for my nonprofit organization, and the final product did not match the approved proof or my organization’s branding colors. The gold color printed much darker and more orange/brown than expected, making the table covers unusable for our branding needs. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos comparing the approved proof to the product I received. Despite the significant difference, I was only offered a 20% discount. I also purchased their package protection/insurance for added peace of mind, but when I reported the issue, it did not result in a remake or refund. I expected a company specializing in custom products to stand behind its work and provide a solution when the delivered product did not match the approved design. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product quality and the resolution process was disappointing. I hope the company improves its color-matching process and customer service policies for future customers.

Support was helpful. But the product exceeded expectations, and was shipped/arrived sooner than expected. Altogether, a great experience!
