Extremely disappointed with my experience! After all the inconvenience, delays, and poor communication, I finally received my table covers, and the quality is absolutely awful. These are supposed to be stretch tablecloths, but they don’t stretch or fit properly at all. Even though I ordered the correct size, they look oversized, loose, and sloppy instead of having the fitted, professional appearance advertised. After all the frustration I went through just to receive my order, I expected much better. The quality is terrible, the fit is disappointing, and the customer service made the entire experience even worse. This was my first and definitely my last purchase from this company. A complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend them!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They had a deal where if I purchased 4 table covers, I will receive 1 for free. The reason why I purchased from them was because their website said it was a 24hr turnaround. Added the products to cart with the design, approved the artwork, then I received an email that it will be delivered the next day. Contacted them 5 times only to be told "we need to wait for production". They found the order and only sent 1!!! What a nightmare. Now I am calling them for the 6th time and have been on hold for roughly 30 minutes. Do not purchase from this company. It is a load of crap and a headache to deal with.

I paid an extra $60+ for guaranteed delivery by, now, tomorrow. After my order, I did not here from this company for a few days, so I reached out to their support - said to cancel and refund me if you can't have it here for my Veterans Day event, this Friday - the support person all of a sudden had a proof sent to me and I immediately approved it - that was 4 days ago. I've been checking in for the last 2 days - 'Checking with our team' (For 2 days). I said again, please cancel if you can't have it to me by Friday. Now, Thursday evening, I reach out, ask for a refund since I have NO tracking number and I paid an EXTRA $60+ for 'Guaranteed delivery by Friday.' Now, they are saying they're charging me a 30% restocking fee!??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a 6-foot custom table cover for my counseling practice. My order's Additional Instructions clearly requested that my business name and website appear on the cover. The product arrived without either. No one from the company contacted me before production to clarify or flag that my written instructions wouldn't be included. When I raised the issue, their first response acknowledged "the missing information" and offered a 10% discount. When I requested a corrected remake, they reversed course, classified it as "not a production-related issue," and declined to make it right. The material quality of the cover itself is fine. But if you're a business owner ordering custom printing, know this: instructions you write on the order form may be ignored, and if something is missed, you may be told it's your problem. For a product whose entire purpose is representing my business accurately, that's not a risk I'd take again. I'll be using a different vendor going forward.

I ordered three Premium Spandex table covers from Table Covers Now, and all three had visible fraying/thread issues. I contacted the company and explained that the problem was present on all three covers. I also told them that I used a lint roller on one cover in an attempt to remove what initially looked like loose fibers, which made that one worse. The other two were never treated with a lint roller and still show the same issue. Their response was essentially that this type of fraying does not occur under normal use and was likely caused by external contact or handling. That was frustrating because it completely ignored the fact that all three covers had the same problem. I was not asking for a refund outside their return period. I was simply trying to determine whether the fraying was normal and whether there was any way to fix the covers I already purchased. Their solution was to offer me 5% off if I wanted to buy the same product again. I have no interest in repurchasing a product I already had quality issues with, especially from a company that seems more interested in denying the issue than addressing it. Very disappointing product quality and customer service. I will not purchase from them again.

Late delivery

I ordered a table cover, and specified the CMYK color, and uploaded EPS file with the same; they sent it promptly, but it was the wrong color. Not even close. It took over week and about 10 emails and phone calls to customer service to convince them to finally agree to send another, without charging me more for their mistake. Every email/call was answered/replied to by a different customer service rep in the Philippines, for a company that may be in Texas, maybe. At first, they refused to admit they made any mistake. After a few more emails and a 45 minute call, they only offered a 5% refund, if I paid to return the original. Then they offered that if I could prove I destroyed the original, they'd send a new one at my expense. When I pointed out the new proof didn't match the old one, even though, according to them, it was the same color, they didn't reply. Eventually, I convinced one service rep that it didn't match the proof, and they agreed to send a new one. That one finally arrived, is much closer to the specified color, but only closer. They never admitted their error. The customer service reps were nice people, but have clearly been given guidance that the customer is always wrong, and this company never makes a mistake, even when they do. Overall, a terrible experience. Avoid this company!

I ordered 30 table covers last month. 12 of them arrived with altered artwork instead of what I uploaded. The reason given was "sometimes our art department makes changes to give a better print" but cannot give me a reason as to how a small line of text that only identified the size of the table cover to our team could have made this an unsuccessful print. Secondly, I requested a different file be used in another order, however they still proceeded with my original file and sent me another 3 incorrect table covers that they will not offer a reprint for. So a total of 15 wrong prints and the only resolution offered was a 10% discount on a reorder.
