Ordered a Tablecloth and paid for $33.95 for expedited shipping service to ensure the tablecloth arrives for our convention. The proof had questionable guidelines on it, and we asked for clarification. We responded quickly. They answered and removed the guidelines 24 hours later. After approving the proof, we get a message saying that due to us delaying approving the proof, we need to pay an additional $22.95 for shipping, otherwise the tablecloth will arrive 3 days after our event. We were forced to pay this extortion fee to get this tablecloth one day before our event. Here's the kicker.... we ended up getting the tablecloth delivered 4 days before our event. It was never in danger of being late. We just got tricked and robbed for $22.95. We complained via email, phone, and text, but they refused to understand the situation or make it right.

I contacted tablecoversnow to make a 6ft tablecloth. It came out fairly well. I then returned to have 2-4ft tablecloths made and a banner. Spoke with someone who wrote up an estimate and posted it on my account. They keep sending me invoices to pay which I paid at the time of purchase. I did not know they made 2 orders for the exact same tablecloths.t hey kept claiming I hadn’t paid even after showing them the receipts and withdrawal statements from my bank. When I got the tablecloths, the print was very blurry, unlike the 1st order. The 2ft x 10ft banner I bought had nice print, on the cheapest banner that I’ve ever seen. This thing is so thin and poorly made that it will most likely only last 1-3 events if I’m even that lucky. Don’t waste your money on this company, they will only let you down.

Really terrible quality and they do not stand behind their products. We went in circles and they refused to honor their guarantee.

The WORST customer service ever. I ordered a table cover that I needed for an event with plenty of time to spare for shipping. I approved the proof and thought the order would be shipped and that I would receive it by the promised date. How wrong I was. They emailed me on a Saturday, saying they had a production issue and needed me to re-approve the design. I did this on Monday. I reminded them at this time that I needed the cover in hand by end of day on Wednesday as my event is Thursday morning. They wanted to charge me $114.00 for rush delivery even though the hold up was on their end of things. When I asked to be contacted by, or have the contact information for someone in a management position, I was refused. They sent another email asking me to pick my date of delivery preference with the only option for "free" being the one that is 8 days after my event. I told them I would not be paying the $114.00, asked them to send it via standard shipping, and then asked for the owner's name. I was then emailed by a third person in the sales department telling me they would not give me the name of the owner. I tried looking for their business license in the State of Texas, but there isn't one listed on the state's website. Very poorly run business.

I purchased a banner for my small business, and when I opened the top part where the pole that holds the banner up was bent. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures, and was basically to bad, so sad, when we sent it, it wasn't that way, so you are stuck out, it will still work. No offer to replace it or any other resolve. they offered a 15% discount to spend more money. Why would I do that, if you've shown me you don't care why would I spend more money with you. Their customer svc, sales team suck. The retractable banner equipment is VERY thin, I DO NOT recommend them at all. These people that don't care about small business, they kept offering me meniscal discounts to spend more money with them, whom I do not trust anymore. It's ridiculous that larger business, take advantage and don't give a flip about small businesses, most small business are funding their business from their income. And to waste over $100 on something subpar, is difficult. For small business every dollar count.

I ordered a black tablecloth with my logo. They shipped me a light blue table cloth with my logo. Receipt is clear as day. BLACK. They are refusing to remake it for free.

I placed my order for a specific date, they changed it to a month later because I used a promo code they sent. When I asked to have it expedited, they wanted to charge my $60 and a 30% restock fee if I cancelled. This company is horrible, stay away.
