I give a 0 for customer service and an overall 2 simply because the quality of the product is very good for the price. Ordered a very detailed table cover and sent logo and layout. Site is well organized for design. What's my complaint? No call and just emails and after about 5 I just dont want to go over each to find where the image changed from my original to a "one letter" color change within my logo. Time for me to get out a paint brush and paint a black letter "l" to the color red as it was originally sent I guess. I approved the proof, thats on me. Why did I? I was asked if the proof worked and I commented I need to be assured the QR code printed worked. After a few emails I was told it did. That was my concern. I never knew that the company altered the one letter color in the logo given all the details and simply just missed it. When I asked "show me the image I sent you" as of today have not recieved a response showing what fole image I sent. Since I have what I sent and it was correct colored for all letters, I know the answer and so does TCovers. For a logo, colors matter. I cant inage IBM woukd want one letter the wrong color. I would have frankly been satisfied if they simply responded "yup...you sent a logo that was different that what was printed" and offered to perhaps split the cost with me to print another as good faith to get more business and more importantly do the right thing since they altered the colors of one letter...I didn't. With multiple colors ...I missed it. Simple. What they lose is me. No more business. Not because the quality of the product, but the response taking 0% accountability in the entire process. Just doesnt feel good to do business with folks like this. They offer a "good faith"..with no admission of an error" of 10% off the next order. Really?
