I've purchased a few items over the years and the quality is always amazing. Customer service is also top notch. I've emailed them a few times asking about sizing, and they always get back to me within a few hours, even on weekends. Most recently, they oversold an item I bought and they emailed me right away and offered for me to pick a replacement item. They were incredibly helpful and also very generous when it came to the replacement. I'm beyond happy with their customer service. It's clear they really care about their customers and I know they have my back!

I purchased a pair of pants and a dress on sale. The pants were as described and sizing was perfect. The dress came with a hole in the side and was too big according to their sizing guidelines. I had to take photos before a return was agreed to, then I had to print a code and find a FedEx in order to return and get a refund. Returns should be as easy as Amazon and after the return is scanned you should get your refund immediately. Their items should also be inspected before sending and the size chart should be correct.

Had a problem with sizing on an order. Initially had a tough time raching customer service, but they reached out to me and made everything right. Good job!

The sizing on this swimsuit is unusual. It fit well in the bust, but the pelvic area was surprisingly loose and baggy, especially along the front and hip line. I don’t think sizing down would help because the top would have been too small, but it also didn’t feel like my curves filled out the suit properly. I really wanted to love it, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me. I would have exchanged it for a different style, but unfortunately it was a final-sale purchase.
