The swimsuit didn’t fit so I tried to return it only to find that you cannot return international orders! What’s that about?? It’s not a sale item. The QR code give for returns doesn’t work. I have already emailed you but no response. When I looked online at how to return it says No international returns!

I’m absolutely obsessed with the products themselves . BUT . The return process is not as advertised . Despite paying for package protection and easy returns, you cannot , in fact , just “submit a return with your order number and zip code” I ordered over $1k in items from this company, multiple sizes/ styles to try, and the return process requires me to reach out to a rep, wait for their reply, explain/provide pictures of what’s wrong, then return. Makes for a bad user experience, especially when you’re spending A decent amount of money of $100 clothing . I hope to see this aspect change, because I love the silhouette it creates when fitted properly, and an added plus, The support feels great if you suffer from Ehlers Danlos or other hyper mobility diseases. Seeing TA3 streamline their customer service and offer better exchange /return policy would make me a lifer.

Dress was amazing, shipping was quick will definitely order again

Not sure why TA3 would use DHL to ship. My package was delivered to a different house hold and supposedly left with a lice person. I have camera’s facing my door and nothing was ever dropped off at the said time and date. I emailed the support team who was no help pretty much told me I need to contact the carrier. As a first time customer this experience has been awful! The dress is expensive enough as it is and now i’m out 150 bucks and don’t even have the dress.

I ordered items on October 11th, the came in on October 16th. Swimming suit is great, sizing as described. Very thick material. Dress is great too.

Sizes run very small. I’m a 10-12 Aussie size and the medium I ordered looks ridiculously small. I tried it once and I wish I could get a refund!

Sizing is off between Strapless tops and tops with upper torso coverage. Hard to judge what the appropriate size is for large busts (38DDD). Corset strings seem lower quality now than those purchased 2 years ago. I wish they sold them separately or offered replacements. Internal mesh and steel boning also rip or sit uncomfortably after the first wash, which is unfortunate. I washed it on delicate/hand wash and didn't put it in the dryer. These tops fall apart now, which is so sad. My first bikini is almost bulletproof.

I am obsessed with the black corsety top, fits so well and truly snatches my waist! Such quick shipping and great customer service! Recommend to anyone looking for shaprewear items that double as going out clothes!
