Update: Customer service came back with a more helpful resolution so have updated to 3 stars, am hoping for a better experience with my next swimsuit fingers crossed My swimsuit's shoulder strap seams (from both shoulders) started coming apart when I've worn it less than 4 times. Mind you, I didn't even do any actual swimming, just paddle boarding. I sent through extensive photos and the best they can offer is store credit (no refunds at all) or 30% off a future purchase. Honestly pretty disappointing as the shipping cost alone was basically a good chunk of the swimsuit, definitely not the premium quality you pay for if it can't last even 4 wears. Will have to decide if I want to risk buying a second swimsuit to even benefit from the 30% off offer and take my chances again on the quality, but am super disappointed with my first purchase.

Bought a swimsuit on clearance. Said it fits up to DD. Not even close and now can’t return cause it’s final sale. It’s a quality suit, but might fit a B at best

The breast area was too small for a medium. I honestly feel the wiring should be removed. My breasts were compressed and looked unnatural compared to the rest of my torso. I removed the underwire and had a much better fit. The stitching is heavy on the breast area and creates an unnatural, sharp bulge rather than a curve on the dress; it's a focal point. Although the rest of the dress looked amazing, I'm glad it had that cover to conceal my breasts.

Runs smaller than I thoight. No one is fitting in this bra. I have small boobs (b) and this top is not fitting.

I’m absolutely obsessed with the products themselves . BUT . The return process is not as advertised . Despite paying for package protection and easy returns, you cannot , in fact , just “submit a return with your order number and zip code” I ordered over $1k in items from this company, multiple sizes/ styles to try, and the return process requires me to reach out to a rep, wait for their reply, explain/provide pictures of what’s wrong, then return. Makes for a bad user experience, especially when you’re spending A decent amount of money of $100 clothing . I hope to see this aspect change, because I love the silhouette it creates when fitted properly, and an added plus, The support feels great if you suffer from Ehlers Danlos or other hyper mobility diseases. Seeing TA3 streamline their customer service and offer better exchange /return policy would make me a lifer.

I purchased a pair of pants and a dress on sale. The pants were as described and sizing was perfect. The dress came with a hole in the side and was too big according to their sizing guidelines. I had to take photos before a return was agreed to, then I had to print a code and find a FedEx in order to return and get a refund. Returns should be as easy as Amazon and after the return is scanned you should get your refund immediately. Their items should also be inspected before sending and the size chart should be correct.

It was a really weird fit. Definitely for a tall girly. The sleeves were so wide. The material felt like a swimsuit. Definitely returning

I did the mystery 5 item box. The items were great but one dress had broken rhinestone chain on it. I asked the company if there was a way to repair it. Or exchange it for a new one. They offered a credit of 1/3 of the box but I’d have to return the dress. And when I said I really wanted the dress and didn’t want to return it they said I should see a seamstress or glue back on missing rhinestones, but it was a chain, not loose rhinestones. They didn’t even know the product. They did eventually offer me 30% off my next order. But the whole experience was off putting.
