Ordered from UK so had to pay extortionate non refundable shipping fee and the sizing was wrong. Body was fine but cup covered maybe 1/3 of my boobs, and not in a flattering way. Their website stated this particular model was up to cup K, which is obviously not the case. Waste of money.

Horrible customer service via email. Trying to resolve an issue is becoming very complicated with the company’s customer service email. They keep asking for the same information again, again, again, and again. It’s taking me so much time to escalate the issue to have a manager review. Unacceptable for a brand who is wanting to be upscale. I continued to attempt resolving the return request issue via email but I keep getting asked the same questions. It’s very frustrating.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered almost $1000 of bathing suits. Package was delivered to my locked mailbox completely open with one suit missing. Have tried multiple times this week to get a human to assist me. Only “customer service” is an email BOT who is useless and you have to start the whole process over and over. I have sent photos of the damaged package and details and then they ask all over again the same questions. I would expect top notch service for a company selling $200 bathing suits. If a human doesn’t take care of this I’m returning everything and will dispute the charge with my CC company for the missing piece even though I paid extra for insurance which was useless. Beyond disappointing experience.

Sizing is way off. Couldn't even step into the clothing..12 return fee, for some reason my order didnt qualify for a free instant refund? Not sure if this was disclosed ahead of time..very strange business practices, dont fall for the hype.

Purchase from OS beware. They do not exchange any items shipped overseas. I am now stuck with a $350 pair of swimmers that don’t fit. They are not willing to help at all.

I ordered bathers but they were extra long. Company then said they wouldn’t exchange sizes due to being international yet sent it internationally.

⭐ 1 star – Trust the reviews about their return policy I should have listened to the reviews. If you receive a defective item, their “return policy” is not what it appears to be. I received a swimsuit that arrived damaged (visible cuts/defects). I immediately documented the damage and contacted the company. Instead of simply accepting the return, they tried to make me pay return shipping for a faulty product and kept adding unnecessary requirements that dragged the process out. They claimed they were “willing to work with me,” but their actions said otherwise. I provided photos, proof of purchase, and even posted evidence of the damage. They told me they would “review and follow up with a resolution” they never did. Once they won a chargeback, they completely stopped communicating and still never offered to take the item back. If this were a company with integrity, a defective product would have been refunded immediately. Instead, it felt like the process was intentionally made confusing and slow so they wouldn’t have to help. If you’re considering ordering, read the reviews carefully especially about returns. If something goes wrong, don’t expect support. I will never purchase from this company again and am filing formal consumer complaints so others are aware. MY REPLY to their recent statement: All of the time spent responding to my complaint across multiple platforms could have been used to simply issue a refund for a defective product. To correct the record: this was not reported “months later.” The swimsuit was purchased and delivered in September. I reported that it was defective shortly after receiving it, followed up again in October, and only filed a chargeback in November after it became clear I was being asked to pay return shipping for a damaged item and no resolution was being offered. Whether the conversation continued over time does not change the underlying fact: the product was defective upon receipt. A defective item does not become acceptable based on timing. I provided documentation of the damage to my bank, including photos. The issue is not lack of documentation it is that your company refused to refund a faulty product unless I absorbed additional costs. Even now, despite responding publicly, you have still not offered a refund or accepted a return. There are multiple reviews describing similar issues with returns, which is why I am leaving this review to warn other customers. This is not about policy language it is about accountability. A company acting in good faith would have resolved this immediately. I stand by my review.
