I spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with a young lady by the name of Keyonna. She was amazing and did everything she could to resolve my issue. She was extremely patient and stayed on the phone with me until I completed my task.

Had a few questions and needed help with my account. Angie Lora not only helped set and reset everything up but did it all with professionalism and courtesy. She stayed with me on the phone until everything was set up correctly and working perfectly (most times the representatives just leave you and you hope for the best). Great to see someone care and help like this. Good old fashion caring. What a great team and she deserves a great big Thank You.

Synovus was able to get me to close on a new home purchase in less than 30 days. Their mortgage department is top-notch and I give them my highest recommendation. They have a user-friendly, secure document center to electronically upload financial documents. They also offered a very competitive mortgage rate.
