Synder Is a great place for added automation and to make accounting far easier.

One stop shop for ecommerce I've been reviewing several ecommerce integrations and feel that for the price Synder delivers their integration is excellent. You do have to do the mapping but they have generic information which you can utilise too in addition to tailoring the mapping to your accounting software. They also use the Quickbooks software but I've not used that as I'm Xero. Overall very pleased with what they offer. Kiryl has been very helpful and talked me through what I needed to know - the chat facility is intuitive.

We are just at the inquiry stage, but Tony at Synder was very helpful and professional. If this is an example of their customer service ... I'm sold!

This product is NOT intuitive, and it should come with a user manual (online) to walk people through the steps to set it up. Today, I had a GREAT support session with Kirill. He was kind, thoughtful, attentive, and patient. We worked through a lot of issues that might not have come up if the product came with a great user manual.

I was having a problem to increase the transaction numbers with my current subscription. I called the number listed on the website but couldn't connect right away then I tried to chat in the platform. This is by far the best sync app I've tried. Super user friendly and the staff is so helpful. I had a problem with tax code while importation and Yar was able to help me in the best way. Thank you so much!
