Today I had to contact support to sort out some issues with a couple of Etsy transactions that wouldn't sync. I am a complete novice and Etsy accounts are a nightmare. James was absolutely amazing and very patient I now feel a lot more confident in my accounts and Synder. Thank you James!!!

Do not trust Synder. We've had continual integration issues with Synder, Stripe + QBO and in each exchange with their support team we've been mislead and/or manipulated. They'll always blame the issue on another party instead of providing the service they advertise - seamless integration between these apps. Tried of paying for something that doesn't work? Too bad, once they've got your money you're never getting it back. If you do choose to try Synder, ALWAYS stick to the monthly plan.

For some reason, I thought that I was the only company experiencing issues with square deposits going into Qkbks Online not broken down negatively impacting my P & L. Well after searching and searching, I found Synder and I read the reviews and what the application would do for us and I was hooked immediately as this would finally put me in a position to gain my time back, not stress of the numbers, a cleaner reporting to my tax professionals, and wayyyy more. So I joined and have not looked back. I will say this okay.... If you think signing up with them will be without questions and this easy implementation, then you are wrong and I don't say that negatively at all. I say this because when I read the reviews of people stating that it did not work or it is too complex; they quit prematurely and missed out on an opportunity to have a call with the technical team. I had a ton of questions to better understand the app and use the features at the highest level I could. So I arranged a call with LIzzie on a computer share/zoom. LIzzie was amazing and answered every question I had and more. I even had questions that I did not even know how to ask, and Lizzie figured it out and answered those too. She was so patient with me, because I am not the most technical person and she had to break it down a bit for me to get it and she did that gracefully. HIghly Highly recommend this app. Oh and also, Lizzie was a Pro with Qkbks as well which was really nice. LOVE LOVE this app and their TEAM!!!!!

I was having trouble getting setup with syncing my transactions from the app to QuickBooks, and Lizzie was amazing! She walked me through step by step, verified on her end that it was going correctly...and was so patient and knowledgeable. Stellar customer service! Now, I'm back in business, and my transactions are being synced properly in my Quickbooks! Thanks Lizzie!!
