I've used Synder for a while now to integrate Stripe and Square transactions to Quickbooks and I found it easy to set up and works very well. The reason for my review though is that I've recently needed the help of customer services for the first time to resolve an issue. I'm one of their smaller customers, so it was pleasing to find that I still got the attention needed to sort things out quickly. Credit to Felix for all his help. Thank you.

Lizzie was our onboarding specialist - she was amazing and spent 2.5 hours going through our complete set-up to check everything (as we are multi-currency/countries there was a bit of extra checking to be done) and give thorough training. Aside from Lizzie's amazing help, when we first connected Synder all the data came into Xero from WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal exactly as expected without any work needed. Highly recommended.

This review relates to the one-hour work session to properly configure Synder between Stripe and QuickBooks Desktop (a dinosaur, I know.) Lizzie was a delight to work with. She is very "on task" and knowledgeable, while being "personable" at the same time. She is very patient (good at waiting for me to understand the instructions and respond). When unexpected things happened in our first synch (sales went straight into the bank account on QBD instead of going into/out of the Stripe account) she quickly diagnosed the problem with the setup (I had not clicked [Update] ), she corrected it on her end, then showed me how to reverse a synch and then re-synch to show the transactions processed correctly. She showed interest in the kind of business we are in and engaged appropriately in short conversations outside of the strict scope of the mission. Overall, a very positive reflection on Synder Customer Service.

I'm using Synder for around 4 months to sync transactions from stripe to Xero. Synder saves thousands of hours for our accountant by doing all the sync automatically. Their support is great too. Recently I had a question about a non-standard use case, Andrey was very kind to help me find the right solution. Highly recommend using Synder.

Set up was so simple and clear! The live chat support offered by Andrey was exceptional. He gave clear guidance and direct instructions, and he anticipated my questions and needs before I communicated them. I purchased the annual plan and I am excited to streamline bookkeeping with Synder!

Easy to setup, really saves labor and increases accuracy. Previously we were uploading payment gateway fees, payouts, invoice payments, bill payments, and other transactions individually in different CSV files once a month. With Synder, everything is automated and happens in real-time. Well-informed Synder support staff truly go the last mile to be responsive and helpful.
