I had an issue where a family member made an unauthorised purchase on my account with SyghtGlass. Upon raising the issue with them I was met with excellent communication and consideration for my circumstances. We then came to an agreement on the issue and it was resolved promptly. Their customer service is very good and I am eager to witness the benefits of their product.

After receiving the pair of Milan glasses in mid Jan, I can confirm it is a fit-for-purpose, reliable product, which many people have complemented me on. I appreciated that after an initial hiccup, I was able to track and trace the order through the Shop app. All in all, I received a good product at a good price. Would recommend to friends and probably will reorder a spare set from Syghtglass.
