As per your order, transition blue blocker glasses with blue tint were correctly manufactured and delivered. These lenses typically remain clear or slightly grey indoors, and the tint activates and becomes darker depending on the intensity of sunlight outdoors. This is a standard feature of transition lenses and was also explained via email to ensure clarity. Since you mentioned that the lenses were not appearing blue, we requested photos so the glasses could be properly inspected; however, we did not receive a response. If you are still experiencing any concerns, you are welcome to share the photos even now, and we will be happy to assist further. We would also like to mention that despite the use of inappropriate language during our communication, we continued to assist you professionally and made every effort to support you and address your concerns. Dear Vera, Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation so it’s clear for you and for others reading this. Your order was produced and shipped twice, however both delivery attempts failed due to courier delivery issues outside our control. To assist you, we refunded your original shipping fee. Before arranging another shipment, we also offered you a full refund, but you chose to have the glasses resent instead. At your request, we then arranged DHL shipping at our own expense. The courier charged $26, which we fully covered. In total, we received $39.63 USD for the order, yet we manufactured and shipped six pairs of glasses and paid shipping three separate times, resulting in a loss of approximately $97 USD on our side. Because the order was repeatedly resent as requested and all possible assistance had already been provided, we’re unfortunately unable to issue any further refund. Thank you for sharing your concern. We’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy. Syghtglass operates fulfillment warehouses in both the USA and China. Orders are shipped from the location where the selected frame is currently available to ensure faster processing and delivery. This is a common and accepted logistics practice used by many international eyewear brands. Regarding tariffs and customs: customers are never required to pay any tariff, duty, or customs charges. These costs are fully managed and prepaid by us. We have successfully delivered numerous orders to US customers using this process without any additional charges being imposed on them. Our support team is trained to explain this clearly, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding during the conversation. However, shipping origin does not automatically mean customers will face tariffs, especially when the seller handles customs clearance, as we do. We remain fully transparent about our fulfillment process and are always available to clarify any questions before or after an order is placed.

As per tracking, the shipment was held for customs inspection from 27 November, which required recipient cooperation to proceed. Our team reached out multiple times to request the necessary action and address confirmation. Unfortunately, without recipient involvement, the shipment remained on hold, which caused the delay. We’d also like to note that we were not informed in advance about the change of address; however, despite this, our team remained fully supportive and was prepared to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
