Drop shipping business glasses are taking weeks to deliver

I paid for express shipping but my order has taken the better part of 14 days to arrive, I asked about a refund on my shipping and was told when I was over the day limit that I could request it, this was last week, I have tried to contact the company multiple times and been completely ignored both through the site and their email, don't expect any type of customer service from this company.

I tried to get a refund after getting sent 2 pairs of glasses which weren’t fitting me well - instead they’re offering me a credit for their website as part of their policy they wont refund which I didn’t read on terms and conditions. Overall a waste of time and bad quality really and they’re also pricey anyway when you add all the stuff you need for a decent pair of glasses. Slow customer service too! Awful experience overall,

It’s a simple and worthwhile process ordering from Syghtglass. I was specifically searching for blue light glasses to help my eyes be less overwhelmed from too much screen time and I stumbled across their site. I was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable prices and stylish frames, so I input my lens prescription and ordered a cute new pair of glasses for wearing in the evening to work with my circadian rhythm. There was a minor delay in delivery but I was kept up to date at all times and they still arrived in approx 2 weeks from ordering, so I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great glasses, comfortable and exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend.
