I had a problem with my order. I order the wrong frame so i wanted to return it in exchange for the right frame. I was helped by Hazel from the customers service. Her helping me felt like an actual christmas miracle, because the solution she gave was perfect! Great customer service with grest quality and prices! Defenitly a 5 out of 5!!

Great communication, first time purchasing glasses from them,mucked up my order should of been more of a cost but they waived it,not many companies would do that now a days,will definitely buy from them again. Oh and been telling everyone they are well worth a look.
