We finished them in 4 business days, shipped them the next day, and promptly provided you with tracking. Our shipping timeframe is 5–7 business days, and as per the tracking updates, your package arrived in your state within 4 business days—well ahead of schedule. Cancellation Request: Later you asked to cancel the order after it had already shipped. At that point, we couldn’t stop the package because it was already on its way. This is in line with our policy stated at checkout. Satisfaction Guarantee: We do offer refunds and store credit if you’re not satisfied once you receive your order. It’s simply not true that we only provide store credit. We respect your preference—whether you want a refund or a store credit. “Cheap Chinese Garbage” Comment: Since you haven’t actually received the glasses yet, it’s unfair to call them “cheap.” We stand by the quality of our products, and we encourage you to wait until you’ve tried them before making a judgment.
