I have an outstanding complaint with them.My order was totally mixed up partly due to them partly to me.Information on what was happening not very forthcoming.Now they want me to pay for more glasses than I need.They keep telling me the order is already being processed .They can't possibly have done the long sighted ones as I wanted most as I haven't given them the prescription yet.Last time they said they would look into a refund with the team.After 3 days and at least 4 emails I have had enough

Your first order was for reading glasses, which we delivered accurately. After receiving your first pair, you placed a second order—but this time, only for frames, without providing any lens details. To ensure we understood your needs correctly, our support team reached out to you via email multiple times to confirm whether you needed just the frames or reading lenses again, as in your previous order.
After a few follow-ups, you replied by email confirming that you wanted the same reading lenses as before. Based on that confirmation, we proceeded with production using reading lenses.
However, later during a live chat, you mentioned you actually wanted distance lenses instead. Our team kindly asked you to provide the distance vision prescription so we could assist accordingly, but unfortunately, that information wasn’t provided.
We understand there was confusion on your end regarding the type of lenses you needed, and throughout the process, our team made every effort to clarify and assist with patience and care. Despite the fact that the lenses were already in production—normally a non-refundable stage—you requested a cancellation and refund.
As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we issued a full refund purely as a gesture of goodwill. Even though this issue didn’t stem from our side, we believe in resolving matters in a fair and customer-focused manner.

Putting things in focus!
Very impressed with Syght Glass. My new varifocal glasses arrived on time as per the times given on the website. The glasses are of a high quality and the lenses are spot on. They’re photochromic too so darken in the sun and go back to clear inside. They’re comfortable to wear and haven’t had to adjust them. They come well packaged in a soft case in a box and come with tools to make adjustments and an optional neck cord. You even get a cleaning cloth. Would recommend giving them a try. Just upload your prescription and wait for your new specs. Plenty of choice for frames too!

Sorted long sighted vision after laser surgery
Hi I bought these glasses after I had lens replacement surgery and my eyesight allowed me to read again without glasses but messed up.my long distance vision. These glasses have worked perfectly and allowed me to drive again in low light and watch cricket again with the players now back in focus. I thoroughly recommend these glasses. The surgery sorted out my need for glasses to read but these glasses glasses now allow me to do all my long sight activities again
