cost me 25% but i got my money, i cancle i didnt want to risk getting a wrong trans and being stuff with it, dont buy from their at all. they run two online businesses from the same small office and transfer u 3 times to someone thats right next to them. just buy calling them the first time i shoud of known but i was so happy to find the rare trans that i needed i didnt think twice. they run a legal business but strive off ripping people off. you can hear it in their voice.. JUST STAY AWAY

well it will cost 25% of my money but I had to cancel SW transmission it's a joke they did get my money I got nothing.

What everyone else said! STAY AWAY! I didn't purchase direct, the "shop" that was suppose to complete the work did. The shop went under and I am left with a transmission that doesn't work and a POS company called SW Transmissions that is as terrible as all the previous reviews claim!!! Scott is very nice and helpful until it comes time to actually honor a warranty!!

First off these crooks get -5 stars They are liars completely They sent me the wrong transmission to my MERCEDES and said it was my fault Just like all the other bad reviews there completely accurate with this liar Scott Who will hang up on you They all work together to rip people off Lol..These liars told me I'm not allowed to order a year new transmission that my car needed..SMH..I can obviously order any transmission I want..they are complete liars Now reading the texts from other reviews this is a ongoing scam they are clearly running.. Hello my name is Claude Williams I have a 2007 BMW 325i and it needed a transmission I'll call S&W transmission and talk with Lisa on April 13th 2017 to figure out the right transmission that I needed Lisa directed me to model that would fit in my car so I ordered the transmission totaling $1,245.00 to be shipped directly to my mechanics shop, originally said the transmission would be shipped out in 7 to 14 days it actually took before my mechanic received the transmission two months, so me and my mechanic waited patiently after receiving the transmission not even putting the transmission in my mechanic noticed that the transmission was wrong transmission my car has rear wheel drive and this transmission was for all wheel drive I called S&W to notify them of the mistake and try to get them to return the transmission and send out the correct one I spoke with Scott who is very rude he told me that it was my fault and I would have to pay $450 for them to send out another transmission I have emails and phone conversation that it was not my fault, i explaining this to Scott, he did not want to hear it told me I had two options pay the $450 or cancel order but he was going to take out the $450 before refunding me any of my money so I have been going back and forth very frustrating with S W transmission mechanic shop says the only thing they need is a bill of lading to return the wrong transmission and send out a new right transmission I could not even get them to send out a bill of lading I waited over a month and finally figured out that they was not going to send out anything after many calls and emails no response so when I finally did get in touch with someone I told him I wanted my money back even if it meant them taking the $450 out correction it would have been $225 because sending the old transmission back I would not be getting a new transmission sent out so no cost for sending new transmission I still have not received a refund a bill of lading transmission is sitting at mechanic shop cannot be put in my car the transmission was never installed I am just trying to get my refund.

SW TRANSMISSION practices the Bait and Switch Method. They say they have your transmission they bait you to buy there transmissions then subjected to a three month wait to get a transmission that is not as described, than ignore your calls to rectify the problem they play a game of transferring your call to a chain of transfers to a voice mail box and never return your call, Finally you try again and a person acts like a manager gets your call after you are transferred three times. SW Transmissions promises to return your money after they send you a shipping invoice. The person's name is Scott, I have been waiting for that Shipper now for 2 1/2 months. Today I am calling the local DA office for next steps of action and their local sheriff to file a complaint and the local chamber of commerce. I suggest you do not purchase a transmission from these guys and if you are experiencing problems to file complaints with the agencies mentioned in this review.

Do yourself a favor order your stuff from someone else customer service is crap rude unprofessional I would of rather payed an extra hundred dollars somewhere else then to deal with these turds seem how I spent 1200 with them ud think they would be a little more helpful please listen to this review I read some reviews before I bought item this other guy said the same thing about them treating ppl like crap I said whatever im saving a few dollars NOT WORTH IT find the next guy trust me I never leave reviews but these ppl are a joke

My order way too long to receive. Where does it say that it can take 14 day to ship. Unacceptable! Joe in sales was extremely rude and the guy in tracking hung up on me for asking where my item was!
