They had a hard to find rubber band for my watch. Much cheaper than going through manufacturer directly. Shipping options were good and reasonably priced. Check out is typical e commerce site so it could be improved. Return policy is 2 weeks and they don't include a return address sticker to send back. As a consumer I like being treated like Zappos or Amazon dont rinky dink me on the little things.

I really like the bag

Im impressed by the quality of the bag. Just wish it had the waist strap to help take off the weight off the back. I haven't gotten a chance to use it but as soon as i do, i willkeep u updated.

Backpack arrived in Timely manner and looks like it will he up well for my son entering 6 th grade.

I ordered a Wenger sport watch with black pearl face and stainless steel band. The band was a bit sharp, so I filed the inside corners down with an emory board. I wear it everyday, even while running and showering. It looks exactly as pictured.

I got this backpack for my boyfriend to replace the one he's been using that is breaking and this one is great. I do wish it was bigger though, it doesn't hold all his weekend belongings like his other backpack, just holds his 17.5" Macbook (barely) and a few toiletries etc. Came very quickly, great buy otherwise!
