I needed a new wrist band for my watch and the service was very good and fast for this very well made wrist band.

I have other Wenger watches and this one is the newest to hit the shelves. I really enjoy wearing it. This site helped me when others could not.

I purchased a watch previously from Swiss outpost without a problem but this time when I bought a Wenger watch for my son the security clasp was not secured and kept falling off. when I tried to re size the watch strap the entire strap fell apart. due to living in Australia and the time to send the watch back I removed the strap and simply bought a replacement locally.. not that i blame swiss outpost for poor wenger watch bands. just stay away from buying a wenger watch with a metal watch band. leather bands are great

I was surprised how long it took to get the watch. It was a gift for my husband. The only paperwork in the box was the invoice. My husband had no idea what the watch did (it had a flashlight and strobe in it etc) how to operate it. I returned the watch yesterday. You only have 2 weeks to return after you receive it. So if it is a gift you cannot order it to early.

The Wenger swiss army watch i ordered was delivered promptly. I am very pleased with the product. The only minor issue with the watch is that the quality control from the manufacturer is somewhat lacking. The second hand does not match up with any of the tick marks. Other than that the watch is in perfect working order.

The dual times zone Maverick watch is beautiful, functional and the price was great. Only problem was slow shipping using the good old post office. Shipping cost was 3.95 and took over a week. Was not made aware of other shipping options. Paying for shipping was not a concern because of great price.

Similar to what was advertized, but not 100% what was pictured on the swissoutpost.com website. Long and short, the bezel has a black ring on it, and 2 of the buttons on the side are black...the website showed them as solid stainless steel. The black just doesn't compliment the watch as it should...cheapens the look of the watch.
