I actually recieved a faulty watch and when I talked to their customer service person they immediately sent a replacement and a postage paid envelope for the return. I would definitely recommend Swissoutpost for their selection, product line and efficiency.

Swiss Outpost provides great service with authentic products. Whenever there is an issue with an order, Swiss Outpost is there to fix it. They are available when we need them.

I mistakenly wrote a phone number wrong on a second input line. I received a call to verify I actually made the purchase (they called on the correct number). Grateful that a company goes the extra step even though it was my own mistake. Watch I received had the plastic cover removed from the back and there were some scratches on the watch as it looks like it had been on the display for a while. Seems okay since it was an older model, but I would have preferred to have the protective plastic on and no scratches. Watch received in a couple days. Very prompt delivery. If ever the want to purchase another watch or similar item I would go to Swissoutpost again.

Nice watch but bigger than I thought. Received it punctually and then I returned it. They received it back on 12-23 and as of today, 1-2-14 I have not received my credit probably due to the Holiday rush.

I ordered a knife to be engraved. The name was not centered and there was white engraving paint smeared on the back side of the knife

The knives are legitimate and arrived quickly. I'd say some of the clear plastic armored ones (sapphire/ruby colored) had some cloudy areas and the packaging wasn't perfect so if you're really in need of a product with the highest boxed presentation beware. I had no such need and I'm happy with the bunch I ordered. I'm sure I'll be back!

I got this bag because I needed a new book bag for school. I have not used it yet but I hope it's a lot better than the stupid timberland bag I got years back that tour 3 weeks later. Anyhow, I was looking for something simple and I hope this is it.

Fast shipping. Pricey for the actual size of the product. Looks like a USB drive. Not sure how practices it will be. Ehhh.
