I can't tell you how truly disappointed I was when I received the knife, it was so LITTLE! I was so surprised that it was so small. I should have done my homework on this one. Oh well.

I ordered two swiss knives. One was in a unopened packaging. Other was opened packaging and missing a tool ( removable niddle ). I was disappointed as I was expecting brand new, up opened items. They resolved it by shipping me a missing niddle.

I have allways been happy with my purchases from Swiss Outpost and many have been substantial but this last order nhas been some trouble. I ordered two bands for two of my swiss watches and only received one. Was charged for two but no indication of what is going on with the other item.

I ordered a new watch band as my old leather one was badly cracked. On the web-site I saw nothing about widths so I assumed the men's watches would be the same but this was not the case. My new band is slightly wider than the old one so it had to be creased to fit. Also, the new pins to hold the band in place do not fit. I had to use the pins from the old band. All this is alright but I would have preferred the band to fit smoothly.

I recently bought a Wenger 70485. there were moisture inside the glass after a bath I had. And that was just 2-3 days after I got the product from you. When you sell product to all over the world it is required that you have a qualitycheck on your product before you sell and ship it to customers. When this is said I experienced to have good and quick comunication with you to find a solution to the problem.

The watch was a refurb and appeared in good condition, but evidently the company did not change the battery which quit within a week! We change the battery and all is well again. I trusted that a refurb would also be given a NEW BATTERY! Other then that all was ok with order.

I ordered a basic Wenger Swiss Army Watch. I've been wearing one for over 20 years. It keeps perfect time and I've only replaced the battery as needed. Decided to buy a spare. My online order went fine, but the new watch was defective on arrival. Couldn't properly set time or date. My email SOS to Swiss Outpost received no reply for several days. I phoned Swiss Outpost and spoke with a courteous customer service rep. He promised to send me a replacement watch with a prepaid mailer for me to return the defective initial purchase. I received the new watch in a few days and returned the defective. So far, the replacement is functioning well. So, I'm hopeful despite the inconvenience. Swiss Outpost needs to improve its email responses and Wenger should up-grade its quality control.

This was our 2nd purchase and couldn't complete due to a shipping option blunder, gave up waiting on their CS People to respond so I contacted Peter Adler direct to his Email for help. Although it took some time for him to personally resolve, it was done. Only negative issue we had was he could have offered a discount for all the trouble we went thru just to do biz with them, had the offer been made we would not have accepted because we do not complain to gain, just the gesture would have been the right thing to do. So, other than their no to slow CS response and the shipping option blunder the purchase went very well and would purchase again soon.
