I ordered the Swiss Army Champion. The price seems to have been the best available anywhere and it arrived very promptly. Customer service responded within 24hrs when I contacted them because I had forgotten something with my order. I certainly recommend Swiss Outpost and look forward to using my new Swiss Army knife.

From the price of the merchandise, the speed of shipping, and all the way to the very prompt and courteous customer service reply I received, there just isn't enough good things to say about my experience with Swiss Outpost.

I ordered 2 Swiss army knives and when the padded envelope arrived, someone had torn it open and stolen both of them. Swiss outpost resent the knives with no hesitation and this time used a box. Both knives arrived safely. The men in my life are going to be ecstatic on Christmas morning!

Could not log in to my account. Called customer service and they took care of everything over the phone. Received my knife just the other day and I love it! Thank you!

I love to know that I can still get watches and new watch bands and batteries for my (3) Wenger watches. In this all too disposable world, it is great to know that there is still quality products that last and can be extended as well!!!!
