Great company to work with, certainly the best I found online. Thanks for mastering the art of customer service!

We purchased this watch: Victorinox Swiss Army Men's Summit XLT for our son and the item arrived in two days even though the shipping was free. The watch was exactly as described. The best thing was that the price was lower than what was offered by unauthorized swiss army vendors and we got a full 3 year factory warranty. The ordering process was as simple as a few clicks. I will highly recommend this vendor for everyone looking for authentic swiss army products at reasonable prices.

Arrived as promised. Priced competitively.

Prompt shipment, as promised. A+ Service - No problems!

Requesting a essay type survey is a waste of my time!

I tried several places and couldn't get the Swiss Champ with the black handle at all, or else they would say that they might or might not be able to get it delivered before Christmas even though we still had about three weeks at the time. But Swiss Outpost had it in stock and immediately got it to me in only a few days. And cheaper!!!!! Between $15 and $30 cheaper than all the other places who couldn't seem to tell me whether I would even get it or not. I will definitely order from them in the future.

Listen guys, I have only shopped once with Swiss Outpost, but the experience will bring me back again. Processing and shipping my order was quicker than expected. Prices are probably the lowest you'll find. Give them a try, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Ordered a discontinued Victorinox watch for my wife for Christmas. It arrived as promised and as represented on the web site. It was a great deal and was not available anywhere else. All original packaging and warranties were included, in new condition. I would definitiely use them again with no reservations.
