I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service. Paid $29.97 for delivery in 2 - 3 business days and it will be a week or more before I receive it. They argue with you and will not credit your account for the shipping. Forget about returning anything. They help you even less. I should have read the reviews. They used to be a great company. I will NEVER order from them again!

This company is awful. They only give gift cards, no credits. However, they repeatedly tell you they will refund. Even speaking with a supervisor after being on the call for 25 minutes waiting for the customer service representative to “look up” my account, put me in hold multiple times, asking me every detail of my name, address, phone number, order number, finally fed up I ask for a supervisor who says they will refund by sending me a check within 48 hours. THEN, 2 days later I receive a voicemail telling me they only issue gift cards! OH THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM ME ON MONDAY MORNING! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Tried to purchase a couple of swum suits. While doing the transaction. A "spin the wheel" came up so I did the wheel and it hit 25% off however when putting in the payment information the 25% disappeared. I've contacted the company and ask for help and how to get the 25% off and they say there is nothing they can do so don't get scammed by this gimmick. Then I got a rewards email for free shipping which didn't work either and the customer service person was very snippy when I again asked for help. THEIR WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE. WISH I HADN'T ORDERED ANYTHING FRON THEM.

Original order: fit was completely wrong despite using their fit guide. Paid $17 to return. Tried to reorder based on my normal size with plenty of time before my trip. Second order never arrived. Cost me $70 extra in restocking and shipping fees, and still didn’t get a suit for my trip. Huge hassle, no bathing suits ever arrived, now out $70 bucks and a couple hours of my time for nothing at all.

I purchased a swimsuit ,when I received the tag said size 14 but it was a size 10 .I called customer service to get an exchange,they wanted to charge me a restocking fee and I couldn't get an exchange because I purchased it thru pay pal I've ordered several swimsuits in the past,but after this I'll go elsewhere.

I ordered a bathing suit in Feb, package was lost. Was told shipping will be free and expedited and discount the cost of suit. 2nd package was lost. Called again for refund and reorder suit, spoke with supervisor. Got at same discounted rate and shipping expedited. Received the suit and they sent the wrong suit. Called AGAIN, for refund and sent the other suit back. Reordered the suit i wanted was told will get at discounted price and free shipping plus expedited shipping. Checked my account this morning and they charged me for the shipping and will not refund me until i receive the new suit. Also was told i should have in 7 days. yet they charged me for expedited shipping???!!! Everyone i talk to including 3 supervisors were nothing but rude and talked over me while trying to explain the situation. Its a shame because i have probably ordered over 7 swimsuits and love them, but am so turned off now from the level of service and response i have received. Would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a few items and somehow ended up paying for a monthly membership that I did not sign up for. I went to cancel the membership and get a refund. Then the next morning I woke up to texts and emails for random places around the country where my email and info had been used. What's even weirder is that it wasn't even for regular mailing lists. It was for inquiries about cars at dealerships, a Zillow agent program, a clinical trial in Florida. If it wasn't so annoying, it would be funny. I know that it was someone at Swimsuits for All that did it because my last name was spelled incorrectly on my profile and for all of the random inquiries it was misspelled exactly the same way. I don't know if this was a rogue person who just wanted to be a jerk or if this has happened to other people.

I've ordered from Swimsuits for all before, everything was fine. NO problems with my merchandise. THIS TIME, I ordered a size larger in a tankini top that I already have. The one I received has poor stiching,the left shoulder strap is sewn so there is puckering, VERY obvious in that it carries to the neckline. I want to return it and get a replacment (the same item). I also have a swim skirt that's too short and I am returning that, but that's not the problem. I've sent photos of the tankini problem but NO ONE will acknowledge it and guarantee that I won't have to pay a 10.99 RESTOCKING FEE for a defective item! I've called, emailed, NO ONE WILL ADDRESS the problem. So what do I do? it's nuts. NEVER AGAIN. I don't want to pay shipping or a restocking fee for the DEFECTIVE tankini top!
