I ordered two bikinis from the Swimsuits For All website on 12 March which still haven’t arrived. I paid over $20 for international delivery. I was told it would take 6-11 days. On 27 March I contacted a customer service assistant on facebook messenger. They said: "Your order shows as having shipped on 03/15. It is expected to be delivered by 03/22." Of course, this was not the case. When I messaged again on 30 March, they said the package had actually been shipped on the 20 March (8 days after I placed my order). It is now 3 April and there are no updates on the order. My vacation is next week :( I haven't got time to buy another swimsuit, and swimsuits for all cannot do anything until April 12. Feeling very disappointed!

Customer Service and policy's are horrendous! I returned an item because their sizing is not true to size. A large was like a 2XL! They sent me an ecard and stated,"Our E-Gift Cards never expire so feel free to shop at your convenience— today, tomorrow, or next year (we hope sooner)! " Well they did not honor it. They said I needed an invoice number which I did not have because it was 10 months ago from the order. They never stated this in the letter. They get rid of invoices after 3 months! I find this hard to believe since we are in the age of computers! I urge you never to use this company! Their customer service and policy's are against the consumer.

If I could rate this company a 0 in regards to customer service I would ! I placed An order for a swimsuit says it went through then got an email from them saying that my order couldn’t be processed. However the money was still charged to my credit card. I called 5 mins after trying to see what was going on. The lady told me it wasn’t on the system and wasn’t charged . As I had explained To her the money was still out of my account. She said I would have to was air until Monday to call the customer protection. I emailed them staring I would want a refund and I teied to call ea h email they sent me the number for customer protection and saidI had to wait until Monday. I call the company Monday and Ohhhh both my orders have been processed and they can’t refund. Was transferred to a supervisor and she said oh you have to call within the first hour that you order. I told her I did and she told me the order wasn’t in the system or processed on top of the fact that Swimsuitsforall sent m an email saying it couldn’t be processed! I also Had another order that I wasnt even sent a confirmation email for but they took the money. Ohhh and now they both are being shipped.i told her I eanted a refund for both orders but have to wait until they arrive to return and then it will be returned and processed to my card. I havent Even been notified that they were shipped and will get here in two weeks as she stated. Hopefully they come but K will definitely never ever order with this company again. How is it that I call within The hour and can’t refund. On top of the email that said you couldn’t process it and to call directly to fix it. I cal it’s not in the system call again on Monday oh it’s been processed and shipped . Worst headache and nightmare of an ordering process. Hopefully the return process is easier and I get the refund back to my cars like the supervisor said. I would Hate to go through this whole ordeal again especially since it’s over $130 of merchandise. My advice save your headaches and don’t order from this company. Update : so they couldn’t refund it because it had apparently already shipped out. False I got an email today saying it had shipped out today. I’m very disappointed in this company’s customer service and will be returning the merchandise. Never using this company again Reply: Aloha, Yes I have two order numbers Order# 180202-WHPNR which was ordered on feb 2 and shipped feb 7 And Order# 180202-YOFCY which was also ordered on feb 2 and shipped feb 7. To be quite honest o don’t have much of a problem with the second order it is the first order I have an issue with. The second order it would have been fine if I would have just got a confirmation email and if the person on the phone would have been more helpfully I wouldnt be Interested in returning both orders. Also i was Told t would arrive on the fourteenth and now it’s not getting here until the 27th

My wife ordered two swimsuits but had to return because they would not stand up chlorine. She returned the items several months ago but still have not receive a refund or any other contact. Very poor customer service.

I have had 3 orders with this company. The first order, I received the wrong sizes, returned the merchandise, and received an e-gift card. I utilized the card, but again received wrong sizes. Another go-round with e-gift card. That third order, I paid to return the merchandise myself, and provided them with the USPS tracking number (order was delivered back to them 7/15/17). I advised them that since they continually send the wrong size, I expect a refund back to my credit card, not another useless e-gift card. I've had severe medical issues this past year, and am now unable to utilize any swimwear. Eventually (on 8/10/17) Jay assured me they would refund to my credit card. On 8/28, Chris assured me the credit has been processed. I have not received any credit to either of my credit card accounts. This company has totally stolen my $56.67. If they're actually concerned with any restitution, they should look at order # 160911-BCEPB/79503740, and issue my refund!

First of all, I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I am AWARE that shipping takes longer to get here. But this company is ridiculous and the customer service is Horrible. I ordered 8/10/2017, original arrival date stated 8/28/17. Tracking now says 9/9/2017. What? Tracking number states it left the swimsuit facility 8/14/2017. It has been sitting at FedEx center since 8/17/2017 with no movement as of today, 8/29/2017. Called Swiimsuitsforall...they said since it left there facility they can't help me any more. Called Fed Ex, they state that Swimsuitsforall changed the shipper from FedEx to USPS. Fed Ex dropped it off in Georgia and USPS has not picked it up yet. USPS states it was never delivered to them from Fed Ex. Swimsuitsforall will not trace, and state it is no longer their issue. I want to cancel, they wont. I am out $78.00. Meanwhile the SUV that I shipped from Indiana was delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands in 9 DAYS! Horrible customer service!

I had a free shipping coupon code with no minimum and when I ordered a tankini top, the code did not apply properly! I was charged shipping and immediately called. I was told that they couldn't cancel the order even though I called within minutes and that they would credit the top AND shipping to my original payment method when I returned the suit. I sent it back and was given a store credit for the top only and NOT to my payment method. I cannot get anyone through various calls or emails to acknowledge anything regarding this order! I can't recommend that anyone shop this site because they don't follow through with their customer service. Order #170611-NBTTI

I have not had a good experience with Swimsuits for All. I had a credit due to me. When I tried to use it, the store could not find it. I called a few times to try to get my credit. I was told that is was from a few months back and needed to be reissued, just wait 5 business days. After repeated calls and no one knew where my credit was, I had a ridiculous answer. I was told that since the credit was over 90 days, it was gone. I asked where and was told "like maybe the state controller of California ". He went on to say it is th law but if I contact, he thinks, the controller, I would get it back. I have never had any merchant do this. I sent back an order last week. I wanted the funds back on my credit card. I do not want to do business with them again. The merchant told me I would have to have $6.95 processing fee if I did not use the E-card for store credit. At this point, I explained I would go the Better Business Bureau. The fee was dropped. Stay away from this company!!
