This company doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had to do that in order to leave comments. WORSE COMPANY EVER....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Ordered from them on 6/10 with a ship date of 6/14...paid for 3 day shipping....it is now 7/09 and NO MERCHANDISE YET!!! WTH!!! Called them and their excuse was....so sorry made a mistake!! Now I see the package but it's being returned as they screwed up on the address.....they can't get CRAP right. Called and they want me to PAY AGAIN to get my things resent. THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE JOKERS!!!! Contacting the BBB .....maybe they can do something about this company taking your $$ with no merchandise. DISGUSTED TO THE MAX!!!!!!!!!

the comment below summarizes exactly what happened with me. I planned way in advance before my trip to get the goods and paid extra. I am leaving tomorrow from Dubai tp Barcelona and I have nothing. Their customer service is rubbish. I am so disappointed. Never again. I hope at least they will have the decency to refund my money. SWIFORM300009390

Am a customer from Australia Big market here Ordered products and paid for IMEX priority 6-11 days shipping. Received an email with an IMEX tracking number AND an invitation to sign up to FED EX !?!? to track my order. I allowed plenty of time for delivery to ensure I have my swimwear for a planned holiday. No delivery Called S4A Conversation went something like this “Can you help me track my parcel, I’m a bit confused by the email and it’s passed the shipping time frame I paid for.” “ No sorry international deliveries can’t be tracked” “ Hmmm ok , but your email invites me to do so with FED EX?” “We don’t use FED EX.” “Okay I wasn’t aware of that especially as you have sent me an email to the contrary and with what seems to be conflicting information” “Read the fine print on the website” “Well can you give me an IMEX ph number to call so I can try to follow up myself?” “No cant do that . I’m not allowed to and I don’t have it anyway” “ I don’t have my goods and I paid for priority shipping?” “You can’t get priority shipping on international orders” “ Well why, if that is so, was I offered it in the ordering process and allowed to pay for it?” Silence. “How do I proceed from here........?” No help was offered No delivery as yet Still trying to see if IMEX can give me any clarity. I ordered a swimsuit last year and loved it. This season I received a promo code for free shipping on my order, so I happily ordered two more. I reviewed my order and everything was exactly as expected with the price of the swimsuits and free shipping. I get my alert from PayPal that my payment has been processed and guess what? Shipping was added on AFTER the order was processed. Pretty sure it's illegal to add on additional charges after and order has gone through. I contacted them. It took them several days for them to get back to me. Long story short, they won't do anything about the additional charges. I could write a book about what a horrible experience this has been, but it looks like from the other awful reviews I don't need to.

Horrible customer service! Do not honor credit due you from returned items ! Thieves taking my hard earned $$. Will never use again and it's unfortunate because I love their suits.

This company is a joke. I bought a swimsuit, didn't love it - returned it. It took 10 DAYS to get from Kalamazoo, MI to Indianapolis, IN. It arrived and then it took them days to even register that it was returned. Then it took them over a week to process the "e gift card" even though their website says 3 business days to be processed. During the time it took me to wait for the e-gift card, the swimsuit I wanted sold out. Fine. I picked a new one. It came and even though I ordered two sizes LARGER than my normal size, it was TINY. So I have to send a suit back AGAIN. Spoke to a customer service representative - and she agreed because of the inconvenience she would give me free over night shipping ( I was leaving for vacation #1 of 2 in 2 days). That was nice. Well, the day comes for me to leave and no swimsuit. I call and they said there was an internal billing issue (I know what it was - the customer service rep who placed my order over the phone didn't charge me tax, so I am sure it looked suspicious - but NOT MY PROBLEM!). The manager, maybe his name was John? I wrote it down but can't find it. He had no remorse whatsoever. I asked him for store credit, a refund - SOMETHING... and NOTHING. They have to have the item to process the return. So the swimsuit arrived after I left for vacation. I come home, open it up and the swimsuit bottom is there... but NO TOP. They sent a GIANT NIGHTGOWN. I am livid. I have never been so angry with a company. They have $156 of my money and I HAVE NO SWIMSUIT. This is failure provide the goods and services that are promised with monetary payment. I gave them a scenario: Say this is a restaurant. I order a burger and they bring out a burrito. The restaurant would not expect me to pay for the burrito. Do you want to know their reply? We are a swimsuit company, not a restaurant. WELL DUH. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. So now I have to return ANOTHER package to them and WAIT for my refund. This place is a JOKE. Do not buy. There are so many size inclusive brands now. Forget this place.

Would do Zero stars if could. Don’t do refunds Shipping is grossly misleading they take at least a week just to “process” your order. Then even when you pay expidited it takes two weeks. Customer service is HORRIBLE

No refund issued on return. I received the email saying in 72 hours would either receive credit on card or e gift card. After that forgot about it till needing to buy another suit. Confirmed no refund on credit card nor an email for e-gift card. Attempted online and was told past 90 days and she disconnected the chat. Then called number and Cheryl told me can't see past 90 days. Spoke with Supervisor Gloria who said could see an e-card was issues but unable to see any details of card. Based on other reviews seems like this is their m.o. Made no attempt to resolve problem.
