UPDATE to my ORIGINAL COMMENT: My Order # 180414-ZTRMR. Please reimburse my shipping costs to return the bathing suit. ORIGINAL COMMENT: BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a bathing suit that did not fit so I had to return it... There are two ways to return a bathing suit... 1) one way is to use their shipping label and receive a store credit OR 2) return it on your own by paying out of your pocket and then get a refund LESS the shipping cost of $9.29 to the company. So I was out about $8 to ship the bathing suit back as well as an additional $9.29 to reimburse the company for their shipping expense to me!!! I will NEVER buy a bathing suit from Swim Suit For All because it cost me almost $20 for a bathing suit that I did not keep! Buyer beware if it doesn't fit!!!!

These people suck. I won't ever do business with them again. Watch your pocketbook with these ripoffs

Stay away. Stay Away. Stay Away. Sent return in according to guidelines and they mailed it back to me. I called and they said they changed their return policy but they automatically send them back to the customer. Lady was extremely rude while I was being very polite.

Returned items for a total of $117 credit due and they say I was given an e-credit in an email. I cannot find the email and they only keep records for a certain amount of days. Isn’t there some sort of accounting rule for outstanding liabilities? Their response to email requests to rectify the situation are canned responses and after so many requests they simply stop answering. What is our option to get our money back? This is happening over and over to multiple customers! Who needs to get involved? - Frustrated one-time customer

APARENTLY EVERY ECARD FOR RETURN CREDIT ISSUED BY THIS COMPANY GETS “LOST” I ordered several swimsuits last December in 2017. I had to return them twice to get the right size, and once they sent the wrong item. They told me what I had to do was just re-order and they would sort everything out on their end and when I returned my items. I had to do this twice, so in total I ordered and received three orders and paid for three orders. So after the second return they told me all they could do is give me an E card credit, and that I would be receiving a code via email. I completely forgot about it until I’m getting ready to take another vacation and realized I had about $80 credit with the company. I could not find any code in my emails which by the way I have saved every email from the first order I made with them and every email they have sent me soliciting more sales. There are dozens and dozens of emails. All except the one showing the card code. She even suggested I was saving it and going to use it twice! The first thing the customer service agent ask was did I mistakenly delete it. To which I responded why would I delete only one email from dozens and dozens, and that email being the one that gave me credit? I wish I would’ve read the reviews because apparently every card they send out by and large is lost! They are not willing to do anything about it. So the swimsuits that I ordered that I thought were at a good price really are not when I have to add an additional $80 to the bottom line. I am upset at myself for not reading reviews on the company which is what I usually do before I buy something. Lesson learned. The reviews on this company are terrible! And if you look on their Facebook they do not offer an area for you to leave a review, I own a business and I do offer reviews. So that tells a lot about a business who does not allow you to review in their own forum.

When my order arrived, the products seemed nice but did not come close to fitting. I returned them using the attached return label. I order online from retailers often and the standard process is the retailer will give you a refund minus the shipping charges when you return using their label. Not so with SwimsuitsForAll. Instead, they give you a gift card. You have to search the fine print on their return label to find this out. Since my money was tied up in a gift card, I placed a second order. These items were far from fitting as well. I think the sizes are way off. I just called and asked how to return these items and get my original money back. They said that since I paid with a gift card, they will give me another gift card. They said had I asked for my money back after they gave me the first gift card, they could have given me the money back. But now that I used the gift card, they cannot do that. How on earth was I supposed to know that they do things differently than the dozens of other online retailers I have shopped with. I a furious. Their swimsuits do not fit and they are keeping my money.

I placed an order on may 13 for a swim suit that was backordered until may 25. After about a month I sent an email inquiring about my order (which I had received a confirmation email about) and I got an email back saying basically “sorry it’s backordered, it’ll be there ASAP” so I continued to wait. Sent another email a couple days ago and received one back saying they didn’t have my order. So I called. They said my order was cancelled and they didn’t know why but I should have received an email about it . So I asked if it could be sent rushed, I’d pay for the suit but I’d like free delivery. They said no. It’s the middle of July, I live in a small town and finding decent bath suits is a chore. Now I have to go to the city and find one in a Hurry when I had painstakingly researched and saved for this particular bathing suit and ordered in may so it would be here for my holidays. I am appalled at the lack of customer support I have received. How can they get away with just cancelling an order with no explanation given??

Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. With a promise of shipping within two business days, I assumed I’d get the many products I ordered in time for my leaving for Europe. Looks like from the experiences here, that is definitely not happening. Very disappointing as people seem to like your suits. You can have a great product but if you fall over with customer service you will break an entire business. Get this sorted. I’d say I’ll return them when I get them, but by the looks, I won’t have much luck there either
