Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a bikini using their own sizing charts. It was HUGE! After trying to return the bikini I was told that the entire product had to reach the warehouse and be processed under 60 days (an event that took two whole weeks). My order was processed and billed to me within 5 days so I am very certain they can process orders quickly. After trying to work with customer service reps and continue to gift them with my business I was told that they would not except the brand new, never been worn, piece for a return. Regardless that I was exchanging for another product of equal or greater value. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. They made the already crappy process of buying swimwear terrible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a bikini for an upcoming trip. I received the wrong item. After returning it, they sent back the same wrong item. I received no refund/credit! I have emailed the company with my customer number and invoice number. The item I am forced to keep is a third of the price of the item I paid for!

DONT BUY FROM HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I wish I could leave no stars. I ordered, they took my money pretty quick, sent me the wrong item, trued to contact to send it back in exchange for the correct item, still haven't heard anything. 3 'customer service' people emailed initially, no one has gotten back to me, it's been over a month..... DONT BUY FROM HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered from them and the sizes were off I return items with their shipping label a week in advanced. And they shipped my items back saying old and damaged. Okay none of the items were old or damaged everything tags, stickers were intact. Items clearly new. I tried complaining about it too them but Everytime I tell to respond I would get a different person. Saying it it didn't get to their warehouse in time before the 60 days. They definitely scam you out of ur money. Definitely won't purchase anything from them again. And advise you to as well. I'll be sure to leave reviews on every website I could find of how they treat their customers. And I'll advertise to anyone I know of how they treat their customers. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I purchased a chlorine resistant lycra suit from Swimsuits For All last month. I wore this suit in a chlorine salt water pool 12 times over 6 weeks. I followed care instructions rinsing in cold water. The color changed from black to a faded bluish gray and the front overlay completely lost it's elasticity so the suit is unwearable. I have been promised a 25% refund. My Lands End suits not labeled "chlorine resistant" lasted 6 to 9 months. I will never order from this company again.

DUMB DUMB DUMB!!!!! I purchased a bikini bottom Oct. 30 and it went on sale the VERY next day. Called customer service and was told they do not do adjustments. I could re-purchase the item and send back the other item. What a dumb unnecessary hassle!!!!! What happened to customer service!?!?!? This is my 2nd incident where they did not even TRY to work with me!!!! The first incident they sent me to bikini tops in error. Told me I would have to purchase all over again!!! SMH they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, horrible company. Ordered suit and it did not fit - not the worst thing since swimsuits are hard to fit over the computer. I look at my return options - either a free return for a gift card (which I did not want) or 7.50 deducted from my return, minus the $10 I already paid for shipping, to use their return label. I stupidly took my chances simply returning it without tracking in a clearly labeled envelope with my tracking number, since I've never had anything lost. It was not returned to sender so I assume it must have made it there somehow. They insist that it's not there, which I have trouble believing hearing everyone else's return horror story. It's clear they profit off of this return scam since swimsuits online would obviously be a high-return item. Why not offer a pre-paid free shipping label no matter how the customer would like their refund? For the $40 I paid originally, I would have been out $17.50, which brings me down to less than what I paid for for the suit itself! This whole thing is a scam and I am out $40 and I doubt I would have been better off if I had paid for shipping twice! If you love their suits, just order on Amazon. They stole my $40 and will never see another dime from me.

I bought the pretty Nordic Boho Pink with black side lines. I am a swimming instructor so I need a good chlorine resistant suit. In 2 1/2 months, only wearing it 2 times a week, the pink is completely all bleached out and the black side stripes are becoming threadbare, showing broken down white elastics coming from the inside of the suit. I rinse in cold water, and hang - no detergent, no hot water, no washing machine. When I called to exchange it, since it is guaranteed, the man was a little rude and said they would give me 10% off on the next one I buy. So I'm supposed to spend more money for a swimsuit that will last another 2.5 months? Land's End suits hold up for years and if not, they will replace it for free. Now THAT's a good company that stands by their reputation. Not this company. Bad quality, bad customer relations.
