They have an interesting way of addressing shipping. I bought 2 suits and paid for shipping. I returned 2 suits and paid for shipping. Then I paid for shipping again because they deducted the shipping cost from my refund because they said it cost them to send me the suits in the first place....wait I paid for the shipping from their store to my house in the first place... Guess I won’t be doing business with this company again.

They replied to my review stating "gladly refund my money" with tags on. NOW tell me who goes swimming with tags on. I was going to except poor craftsmanship yet when the material got wet it sagged and puckered. Oh AND THEY can't send me a return label via email. Just save yourself some grief.. Get your suits some where else.

My first time ordering with Swimsuits and was excited for the Ashley Graham collaboration. I placed my order a month ago from Canada. The site said 15-18 days to ship international. I’ve been past from customer rep to customer rep. I did not receive my parcel it’s been over a month. They refuse to give me a refund until it’s been a month in a half so they can declare it lost or stolen.Then it’ll be an additional 7-10 business days to get my refund. That’ll be over 2 months!!! I can’t tell women enough.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! These people are crooked. Update: As of today, March 18 I have NOT received my item purchased. At this point I’m opening up a disputed with PayPal to get my money back. Horrible service

This might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that I actively went looking for a place to post so that others will not make the same mistake. Ordered online in February and apparently they delievered to the incorrect address so it was marked “Return to Sender.” Tried the online email first and received a generic response but absolutely no follow-up. When I called to inquire about what happened, the customer associate was not helpful and generally would not work at all with me to find a solution. Her response was that I should reorder and just wait for my refund on the other package. She also thought it was helpful to tell me my package was being held in Memphis; I live in Nashville. Furthermore, why would I reorder a swimsuit when the company has not refunded me for the one I paid for that was never delivered? Buyers Beware.

I’m so dissatisfied with this company. I ordered approximately 11 suits plus cover ups over a several year period and was always satisfied. I recommended them to a lot of my friends. Returns used to be easy. Let’s face it. Not always easy to buy swimwear online. They changed their return policy plus the last couple of suits the sizing was way off. Then they emailed me a survey in which I expressed my dissatisfaction. Never heard another word. With competition from Amazon I would think customer service would step it up. I no longer buy from there. I no longer recommend them.

This is my worst online shopping experience in 20 years! Website looks fantastic, products look good, wording good. However experience the opposite. Ordered goods internationally under reassurance of items being trackable. Money Taken but no goods received. Checked tracker number but details sketchy. Was assured I'd get a refund but when money didn't appear I followed up only to be told they'd have to receive goods back. How can I return when I never had them?! Spent over $400 with this company and so far all they've done is take money for nothing and cause me a great deal of stress. Use at your own risk! Updated 5th March p.m - I have finally received the full refund in my bank account today. Thank God! I can now close this unpleasant chapter and will be more cautious in future ordering anything online. I thought it only fair to follow this up by sharing that the refund finally happened.

Would give a zero .. returned 150 dollers worth of bathing suits and they will not give Me a refund or store credit .. going to report to better business bureau !! Don’t not Order

Beware and read fine print on return policy!!!! I’m so disgusted that I did not catch the fine print, using their provided return postage, you will only get a swimsuit for all e-gift card....WHO DOES THIS????? Every dang company out there, provides label and deducts said shipping cost from refund. Now I feel like I just flushed $148 down the toilet.....UGH!!! I wanted a refund to my paypal account....not $148 in e-credit- ugh. I’m so disgusted by the unusual bait and switch on the return, I don’t want to even buy another swimsuit....the first few I tried/received were a HUGE disappointment to begin with. From lack of quality, to crotch strips that clearly had been removed and stuck back into place, and weird sizing. BUYER BEWARE RETURNING!!!!!
