If something doesn’t fit plan to only get a small portion of what you paid refunded. It took 3 weeks for my package to be returned with no email confirmation or communication. Once received, I got a store credit because there return policy is confusing to understand. They don’t cover shipping! I paid 66 dollars and was only refunded 46. What a rip off. Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. I will never purchase from this company again.

Horrific customer service and refusal to honor prices in a CONFIRMED EMAIL ORDER from them which included THEIR ORDER NUMBER and my PAYPAL transaction ID number. My transaction went through -- their product did not! Delivery over a month late, I called -- as a first time customer -- to identify the issue. They absolutely refused to work with me in replacing the order they had lost (even though I have an EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THEM). They have, therefore, lost a sizeable order I planned to place for a group of girls after confirming sizing that would have been hundreds of dollars, all to save their company $30 in promotional codes. Unbelievable -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company if you're wanting to receive your product on time or if you are wanting them to honor their prices and/or confirmed orders.

RETURN POLICY IS A RIP-OFF. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. THE CHINESE WEBSITE DOES A BETTER JOB ON RETURNS. In fact it gave me such a bad feeling about online ordering I may just go back to the store from now on. IT'S MORE FUN ANYWAY.

I sure wish I would have found THIS site before ordering from Swimsuits4All!! Fit guarantee my A@$! (excuse my language) If something doesnt fit you have to buy ANOTHER item in the size you THINK will work (since the first didnt) and THEN they send you a gift card refund (!!!???) I am SO unimpressed. Online shopping is difficult since you cant try things on. The return policy should be an EASY one and not cost you additional $$. Everywhere else, you send the unwanted/wrong sized/whatever item in and they send you a replacement (correct size, whatever) I will NEVER buy from S4A again.

Do not shop at Swimsuits for All. Their return policy is terrible. Once they get your money, you will not get it back. You can exchange items, or get "credit" for future shopping, but you won't get your money back. They also give only 2 months for returns which in today's digital retail world is pretty pathetic. I will not shop there again. There are much better options.

Worst site to order from. They made me pay for an order I cancelled! I clearly called twice and was told my order was cancelled and that I should repeat the order and two weeks later they shipped me the cancelled order! And charged me double the price! This is my third bad experience with them never am I ever ordering from them again! At least pay me back for your employees incompetence!

I would give a zero rating if I could. Fair warning friends! Do not buy from “Swimsuits For All”. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous!! I ordered two bathing suits, they took a reasonable amount of time to arrive, the quality was only so-so for the price (actually Target has better quality at a better value). So in reality these are overpriced but I could’ve lived with it. But here’s the kicker. The bathing suits did not work for me so I sent them back. They were sent back with tracking on April 1. I’ve tracked the packages and they have been sent. Well here we are April 21, no store credit, no refund. They’re saying it can take 20 business days for them to process a refund (this does not include weekends of course). This is ridiculous, no other retailer that I buy from has this horribly long processing time. Had I have known this I never would’ve bought. Please check the reviews online I wish I had before buying from them. They are pretty bad.

I order two bathing suits and when I processed my order it said my card was declined and I had money in my account so I know it should have not declined... I instantly checked my bank account and my card was charged over a $100 and my total showing was less when I processed my order. Let’s just say i haven’t received my order I never received a order confirmation I tried calling the number on there website and it says it disconnected: this place is a complete scam!!!
