Bad quality. I bought a really cute coverup. I recieved it only day before I was leaving for vacation. I hand washed it did not wring it you just hung it up and let it drip dry. We I went to pack it in my suitcase I noticed more tan a few places where the stitching was coming out in the front. So I added a few stitches figured it wasn't a big deal. Then turned it around when we got to our destination and the back was just as bad. Very poor quality work and cheaply made.

Received a swim dress wore it 2 hours when the under wire broke through the top. I was told to return the suit with panty liner and tags intact. Well I wore it 2 hours hotel trash was emptied. Who wears a panty liner and tags on a swim suit. Even with that I would be imposed a $7.50 charge to return the item. Also they will not accept negative reviews on the web site making this extremely deceptive

Have been ordering from SFA for 2 years. I will never order from them again. Had a problem with a CR top It faded from purple to white. After a month. The bottoms did not fade at all. Talked to CS and emailed them 2 times, talked to Rebecca a supervisor and got no where. All they did was repeat the same lines that I'm sure they were reading off a piece of paper. She gave me the Communication phone number at Headquaters and they have never called me back. Called again after 9 days and still nothing. They say that Customer's are their number 1 priority! This is not true. After reading all of these reviews how do they stay in business.There are over 30 ladies in our water aerobics class, they are not happy about how this was handled. SFA you should be ashamed of yourself.

Do NOT order from this company!! I ordered a suit from them, it took them two weeks to process my return. Then, instead of returning the order back to my original form of payment, when I called to inquire about where my money was, I was told I would receive an e-giftcard (that never expires) because I used their return label. I never received an e-mail or a return slip via the mail with the e-gift card number. Fast forward to now and I can't use the e-giftcard because they only retain those records for 90 days. So, I paid Swimsuits for all $45 for an ill-fitting swimsuit that I returned!! Customer service was less than helpful or useful. Terrible experience all the way around. Swimsuits for all is a bunch of crooks!!!

The customer service sucked! I returned the product and waited the 72 hours to process and put my money back into my account...That's a joke. They sent me an e gift card because I used their return label and charged me $9.48. That's some real BS. I called them and told them I did not want an e gift card and they were delighted to put it back on my credit card for the price of $7.50 more!!!! I paid $34.80!! My total refund would have been $17.82. I told them they were not going to get anymore more money from me. I will NEVER buy anything else from this rip off company.

I would give zero, but I couldn't. Extra surprise shipping charges when I went to claim my package. Quality is cheap, returns are at my own expense with an extra fee if I'm not exchanging (and paying more shipping on the exchange items). Definitely ends up being way more money wasted than just buying one nice suit locally. I really can't complain about the Customer service, because there is none. No help for the ladies at this business where they claim to be a friend to all. It's a big money making scam off naive women who just want to look decent in a bathing suit IMHO.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - RETURNS I had to write their customer service 9 times before I could get anyone to help me. When they did help me they tried to give a gift card which I did not want! I also had the same problem with them taking tons of money back to return the item. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER order from this site again which is a shame! I've never gone through something like this!!! I ordered my swimsuit in February and still have not received my money back!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Biggest scam on returning an item that the representative said she canceled and I would not be charged to ship it back when it was returned. They charged my credit card $24.87 and was only reimbursing me $15.16. BIG SCAM operation. DO NOT ORDER anything from them.
