Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

Ordered 2 swimsuits neither fit, so I returned them and got a credit. Ordered 2 more swimsuits with the credit neither fit returned them, using MY OWN label as required (costs me $13), now they wont give me my money back because I used their credit?!?! STRAIGHT SCAM..I'm out close to $150 because none of their raggedy suits fit me!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have purchased several items for Swimsuits for all and will NOT be buying vendor again! The convenience of having a swimsuit delivered and try on at home is not worth the time and energy to receive a refund when returned. Unless you review your credit card statements to watch for the reimbursement you will not be repaid. I had to call three times to be told my reimbursement to my credit card would be received in 10-14 days. Last call stated 2-3 days and I still haven’t received it. The time spent trying to receive the refund out ways any benefit of home delivery.

They really have to make it so you can leave a company NO stars.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I made an order on wednesday for a top. Got charged twice. Company says i was only charged once and call my bank. Bank says yes, 2 identical charges taken out of my account. Told this company, they said wait 24 hours, because they dont actually take money, just authorize.(websites do this when you order something, the bank locks the money until its ready to ship then the payment gets released to the company) But no, TD says the 2 charges (company still says only one charge was taken) were both full charges. I cancelled my order, within 2 hours of making it around 2pm (their time) on wednesday. Told twice that it would take 1-2 days for refund to come back. Well its been 4 business days. Still no money. $160 missing. Launching an investigation after i hit send here. I wish i read these reviews before i ordered. I was fooled by the legit looking website and instagram.

I would give a negative number if I could. I returned items in Feb for an e card for a credit to be used later. The email was accidentally deleted. I emailed the company to let them know and to please resend the email to me. The reply said "unfortunately" we only keep that information for 90 days and can't send another email. I called today to find out what can be done. I was told I have a credit of $38.10, no way to use it because they won't send me another e card. WHAT??? You can clearly see I haven't used my credit and now you are telling me you're just going to keep my money? This makes no sense to me. I talked to two different RUDE reps. The second one said he was a supervisor. REALLY?? He was very rude! And needs a few lessons in customer service to say the least. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and this is the way you're going to treat a long-time loyal customer who has sent several friends and family your way? I will no long sing their praises. And will warn friends and family to stay away and not spend their hard-earned money with this company of THIEVES! TERRIBLE COMPANY WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT LINING THEIR POCKETS!!!! It's time to band together and send a loud and clear message to bring these types of companies DOWN! I am so tired of awful companies who hire terribly rude people!

Do NOT order from here!!! Terrible customer service & in order to get your money back as a refund & not an e credit to buy more crap they will charge you $7.50 of your money to get YOUR money back!!! Do NOT order from here!!!

I ordered from Swim4all my item did not fit. I called twice, chatted twice and was told in order to submit a return that I needed a return label. I never received the return label so I called again. They told me that the labels were behind still never received. Called again and was told that I did not need labels for a return only an exchange. Now that i am aware that I don't need labels my 60 days will expire in 2 days. Spoke with supervisor and he was very rude told me he can say whatever he wants very unprofessional.

Let me start by saying I ordered 11 items in 6 months. One of the chlorine resistant capri pants became sheer in the butt crack area after 3 months. I decided to let this go. The thing that really got me was a pair of swim capris that I had only wore 4 or 5 times for my aqua aerobics class. I noticed there was over an inch long hole in the crotch seam. These capris were within the 60 day return time period, but since they had been worn they would not accept them for return. I tried explaining the quality of their product should be able to be worn more than a handful of times. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, I was only asking for a replacement. The only thing I was offered was 15% off. Great, I got 15% off something I can’t use. They would not budge! I will never order from them again.

I ordered two suits, same style different colors. They were $15.00 a piece. There was a promo for an extra 25% off already reduced price. I applied the promo code when checking out and it indicated it had been applied, but it wasn’t. My order should have been $7.50 less than what I was invoiced. I still got a deal, but if you are going to advertise a promo code and then not apply it that is bad business. I emailed customer service. I got the generic response that I would hear from them regarding my inquiry. To date I have yet to hear from anyone and it has been a week.
