Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

How I had wish that I had found this website before I purchased 3 swim and choose from this company. They have they worst product I have ever encountered my suit faded out in less than 2 weeks time period there are sales and coupon codes or a joke Their customer service is even worse if there was a way to give 0 stars or a way to closers company down I would be all for it. Walmart Dollar General any body sales a better product and at least stands behind their product better than this company look out stay away please read this I hope before you do like I did and waste your money

Watch out for “discount” codes. I tried to purchase a bunch of items. The company advertised for an “additional 35 percent off” using a code. When I added the code, it said that it had expired even though the website said the code was working for two more hours. The exclusions section was very unclear- it said the code may be excluded from a variety of products- new products, clearance, some designers, etc. It definitely was not clear what would be excluded. I talked to the customer service rep and said the code was not working. She asked me if the items were excluded. I proceeded to tell her that I would have no idea since the exclusion clause was unclear and there was no way for me to tell. I got no answer- the chat was disconnected. No email response sent (which they have). Waste of my time. Don’t buy from these con artists

I ordered a swimsuit for a Cruise I was taking back in November 11, 2019 and the swim suit didn't arrive until the day I got back from vacation December 10th, 2019 I have reached out via email to Gabi Swim wear to return but no reply twice so I am disputing my credit card payment. Don't waste your time as they have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM.

I feel sad to give this company a 1 star but after just being told that they will not stand behind a product that fell apart on me on vacation because I was out of the 60-day return window --I feel I need to warn others. I bought a tankini (a replacement from one I have had over 2 years and loved) and received it at the end of August. I tried it on, liked it and put in a drawer to wear on vacation to Mexico in mid-November. On vacation as I pulled it over my head the top pulled apart and was unwearable. Luckily I had another top. As soon as I got home I contacted the company to ask for a replacement. They would not do it because I was over 60 days. (by about 2 weeks). So, beware of their policy because they do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell - they only look at those 60 days. And, when I asked Bely the supervisor that I was talking to if they valued repeat customers and if there was any way to make an exception she said - no.

Do not order from these people. If you do and need to return DO NOT USE their prepaid return label. These people have ZERO customer service. ZILCH!!

This is the review I tried to leave on their site but I got an email saying my review wouldn't be posted... Extremely poor customer service. I purchased this suit and another suit and they were too big. I returned both within a week of receiving them and about a month later i got only the top of this one back with a note saying it was beyond the return time. I still had a good 30 days to return it according to the 60 day policy so I didn't understand why. When trying to "chat" with the customer service people all they could tell me is it didn't qualify for return due to one or more reasons in the return policy. It was honestly like I was chatting with a robot. The person i was chatting with said customer service doesn't get the information on why something is refused return and there is no one I can talk to about it. They ended up ending the chat and I am stuck with a top i will never be able to wear...they didn't even return the bottoms with it! I have been shopping through this site for almost 10 years but Im done. I have never had to return anything but this one experience was enough for me.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. If you send a suit back WITH THEIR LABEL, they do not know the tracking number. I run an online business & I know the tracking Number of EVERY product and return. Seriously? AND the package takes FOREVER to arrive to them - like longer than a package traveling to Hawaii. AND they will only issue a gift card AND they reps are horrible! It feels like a bad boyfriend you cannot escape.... bad company. Not worth the aggravation....I've been trying to get a suit that fits since JULY - it's Nov. I order according to their charts and reviews, etc. Not worth it.

I wish I would have found these reviews sooner. My friend used this company and was pleased So I decided to do so. Made an order of 2 suits and 2 cover ups on a Sunday. Tuesday morning one suit goes on sale for $20 instead of $60. Contact them for refund and get told they can’t do that as the item wasn’t placed on clearance. So I decided that I would re-order the suit at the discounted rate and return the first. In addition I ordered 2 more cover ups. Both packages arrived within a day of each other. Tried everything on and kept the $20 suit and one coverup. Used their return shipping label and finally a week later I got email stating they received my return and gave me an e-gift card. Nope not good enough I want my money back so I contact them and was informed that when you use their return label you agree to a e-gift card. I informed them I wanted my money back and he said they could do that it would just cost me $7.50 Per return to pay for the return shipping. If I would have known that I could have placed both packages in one box and saved about $10. Please be careful as all they want is money and they are not concerned with the customer at All!
