I'm also in the same boat as another customer. Used their label and was issued an e card which I did not want I wanted my full return since I returned the suit for being to small. They emailed saying $7.50 they kept cause I used their label. They stated when you use their label this is how their policy works. So have to use their card and buy another suit. Never had any other company have a policy like this. Other companies send their label and return you a full refund. So buyer beware make sure you order your product correctly. This next suit will probably be my last, fingers crossed it fits!

By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. on Jan 24, 2020 I called over the phone and spoke to shelly to order a swimsuit , I provide my credit card information 3 times and was told my card was declined. Okay fast forward I found an old egift card and used that in which I had to pay a balance of $6 with my debit card which was fine. I looked at my credit card statement and was charge $62.49 4 times and also on my debit card I was charged $62.49 when it was only supposed to be $6. Call customer service day apologize for Fuseli refunded my money I never received the package because it was diverted to another States. Ok 2nd incident Placed an order on January 31st to re order the same bathing suit I never receive the 1st time and recieved next business day shipping as a courtesy from swimsuit for all. Today is February 6 2020 and still haven't recieved item. I was told by supervisor BERNIE that the tracking number that was provided doesn't show up on the fedex system. So THEREFORE NO BATHING SUIT AGAIN!! This is so freak frustrating what type of business are you guys operating now I have to wait a week to get my giftcard refunded. So I won't have a bathing suit for my honeymoon to Jamaica. You have lost a loyal customer.....

I wanted a tankini top. I wear a size 16 but couldn't find anything that would fit because they assume that if I'm a size 14/16 I also have boobs that are at least a size C/D. Well I don't. After losing a lot of pregnancy weight, my boobs are now size B. So "Swimsuits for All" is really "Swimsuits for Some". I was disappointed until I read these reviews. Now I'm glad I don't fit in their world of only big boobs.

I was a LOYAL customer up until recently - like, 4 years ago when I placed an order, the suits and service was fantastic, and I loved their message. Recently, I placed a large order wanting to make sure I could find a suit to fit me. I had no luck, and ended up needing to return all of them. Turns out, a large amount of them were on ‘final sale’, which was barely disclosed on the website. Nowhere on the entire website, INCLUDING in the returns policy is anything said about final sale items being non-refundable. I know, because I searched. Normally on sites when items are added to the cart, they have a bit of text that says the item is non-refundable, but swimsuitsforall refused to disclose this. Only in the INVOICE is anything stated about final sale items being permanent purchases. It’s ridiculous. Now, I have a whole bag of ill-fitting, cheap suits which I cannot return and will never wear, and I’m out about $150. It’s costing me $20 dollars in shipping to return the ones that ARE refundable, since they don’t provide a label unless you want store credit instead of YOUR MONEY back, and I don’t even have a suit to show for it all. After explaining the situation to a representative, they said they’d send me a coupon as an apology. A COUPON. They’d be better off keeping their coupon, because I wil never purchase from them again. I say this as someone who was swimsuitforall’s biggest advocate a few years back - do NOT buy their suits. Their quality has gone down, their customer service is poor, and worst of all, their business practices are scammy and dishonest. Time to find a new company worth supporting...

Thanks for everyone sharing your experiences!! I almost ordered but didn’t when the total should have $200 but they had it as $330!! It was a red flag for me. Then I went and read these reviews. So glad that I didn’t order anything!! Buyer beware!!

Canadians beware...do not order from this company!!! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30, 2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They did reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

I have ordered swimsuits in the past and had no troubles..I ordered one on clearance and got a card a month later telling me it was backordered..fine...then I recieved another card saying it was out another month so I called. The customer service rep told me that they had reordered and it was scheduled to be delivered...today I got another card that said the order was cancelled. I called and got a supervisior in customer service...Oh our service would thought it was coming....so sorry end of conversation...please be very careful here..

Returned items due to poor quality. I paid for shipping and took a chance because their website lists free returns. I was given an electronic gift card after my return was received. Contacted customer service saying I do not want a gift card and they responded by telling me I can get my original payment back but $7.50 will be subtracted for a "return fee". After searching the website I could not find any mention of this but customer service claimed it was stated on the prepaid return label I used to send the swimsuits back. Ended up paying about 15$ to try on some poor quality over priced swimsuits.
