the worst. I ordered a swimsuit on Feb 24, it arrived a few days later nothing great, so I sent it back the next day. I called to confirm that i could get a credit back to my account and was warned that I had to pay the return postage and not use the label they provide, or I would get a store credit. I mailed it back and kept watching the tracking. When it arrived I called them to confirm they had it and they stated it would take a few days to process. A few day later I got an email confirming my return. However, yesterday I received the swimsuit back in the mail with a postcard that read unable to issue return old merchandise. The tags were still attached in the returned item I had received less than two weeks before. I have read that they do this often so I called and asked for an immediate credit which they did provide. This is a scam they do repeatedly

Should be zero stars. I returned a top that I tried on one time to have them return it to me saying it was damaged. I returned the item in the exact condition in which it was sent to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company unless you're 100% sure you won't need to return an item (clue you won't be able to return for refund). 1) My $300 order (4 suits) took over 3 weeks to arrive. By which time I was gone. 2) Tried on all 4 suits (with my underwear on); kept 1, returned 3. Only to have them arrived back on my doorstep 2weeks later with a message that "they were obviously worn, washed, or missing sanitary strips". NO REFUND.

Swimsuit okay. Shipping and extra fee unacceptable. paid for 3 day shipping which took 8 days for delivery from day of order. Order was not processed for 4 full (24 hour periods) days. Extra fee was paid to expedite delivery as swimsuits were not available in local brick and mortar stores in the area and needed for last minute trip.

I would make it a “0” stars if I could. Placed order @50% off very next day was 60% with free shipping called they said there was nothing they could do that they couldn’t adjust my bill. That’s just bad customer service I will never order from them again !!

The merchandise was fine in quality but their return customer services is terrible. I followed instructions and spent my own money two return two items and purchase two different items. I received an e gift card too late to actually use it for one item, and I received the second item back saying it was "too old to return." It was a brand new suit with tags on and I'd returned it within two weeks.

I have been a long time customer of Swimsuits For All and had previously referred many to their site. However, my previous order was a disaster! I was shipped the wrong items. Additionally, one of my 3 pieces completely discolored upon entering the pool. When I tried discussing an exchange with customer service & with a supervisor, they only offered me a 20% discount. I was told it shouldn't have been put into a chlorine pool. Then where exactly does one wear a swimsuit? I am a sales director myself, we had a very calm conversation yet the customer service and the quality of this product isn't one that I ever care to experience again. VERY poor customer service and lack of concern. At this point, I'm just hoping for a refund for the item of which I didn't even order so that I can never have to deal with them again. BUYER BEWARE as their quality sure isn't what it used to be and they will NOT stand behind it.

I placed an order 1 month ago. I know that being a size 14 is considered "Plus Size", so I looked at all of the suits specifically designed for plus size women. I ordered 3 bikinis, two of them in Size 14 and one in Size 16 because of the size chart for the bikini. I received the suits 3 weeks later and one of them fit...barely. I returned two of them and when I attempted to review the suits on the site, I was responded to by their customer service who informed me that I ordered the wrong size. I should have ordered a size 20, and if I'd looked at the size charts prior to ordering, I would have known that. Well, I did and I'm NOT a size 20...I went back to the site to verify my measurements and NOPE, still a size 14! So shout out to Denise S., I am 43 yr old and I know my suit size and how to use my measurements on how to order a suit - Thanks but NO THANKS!
