Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This has been the worst experience ever. Total rip-off. Do NOT buy from them!!!

Absolutely horrible company. Bait and switch..I had. Promo code they didn't ship it free or 2: day. Don't buy from them

I didnot get a reply. I ordered 7 swimsuits and none of them was fit. The yellow one also had quality issue. I asked them for refund for 4 emails, but no one answered. Please reply to me asap.

They accepted my return as evidenced by a confirmation email but never refunded my 264. Dollars. They basically are thieves since they do not honor the Easy return policy they advertise. They kept the merchandise AND my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible!!!! Ordered it in early March just arrived today shoved in a plastic bag and soaking wet the bathing suit itself was dripping in something wet. It looks used and it’s not the same suit in the picture I ordered, completely different design and style then what I ordered. It’s hideous.

How has this company not been shut down for dishonest practices. As I've seen on others reviews I spent $80 on 3 items that I did not even try on when I saw the quality and promptly returned. I did see the fine print on back that I would only get credit if I didnt pay for postage so I spent another $13 to mail. I then received credit of $13 and when I questioned they told me that 2 out of 3 items had been worn or had missing tags . Total rip off !

Poor quality, inconsistent for, so expensive for Target level quality with a worse fit. I had items show up with loose threads. Not at all ok for that price point. Customer service is not even close to accommodating for even minor disabilities. I tried to get ahold of them many times to see if they had at least reviewed my return. Can't even follow their. Own return policy which states that funds will be returned to original payment method, issued me an E Gift card. Totally unacceptable, don't waste your time or money

I purchased this set as well as another. I did not like how either swimsuit fit so i returned the order. With no notification and over 2 weeks past i reached out to inquire of my refund. Without any information online or on the return i was advised that if you use their return label you will only get your full refund amount back as a e-gift card. If you want your funds back to the original form of purchase (i.e. credit or debt card) they will deduct another $7.50. I also found out that even though all i did was try the swimsuits on in the privacy of my own home for no longer than 1 min the warehouse considered 1 of the tops that i had returns to have been washed/worn with the tags still intact. Which couldn't be further from the truth. After spending over $70.00 and only getting about $40.00 back i am still waiting of the "worn" top to come back to me so i can resend it back to the warehouse. I didn't know shopping online was this difficult for some companies.
