Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

out of stock, not available, so i order a clearance item and 20 days and still have not shipped. oh and at least 2 spam emails a day. I have tried to cancel the order and was told to send it back after I received the suit

Buyer beware. The quality of the suits are great, but you better know exactly what you need. You will be required to pay for the initial shipping, but if that doesn't work out, your only option is to continue using the site for exchanges because they will ONLY give you a gift card for another suit OR YOU have to pay the return shipping in order to get your original money back. They DO NOT make this clear on the website.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A RIP OFF! I BLAME MYSELF FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST BUT EVERYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS TRUE. THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NEVER GET A FULL REFUND EVEN IF YOU PAY TO SEND ITEMS BACK! THE SIZE CHARTS ARE WAY OFF. ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS SEWN SO OUT OF LINE IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!! THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP AND THEY KNOW IT!!! THEY KNOW THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE UP EXCUSES TO KEEP YOUR REFUND FROM THE DTART AND THINK THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE YOU BUY FROM THEM OR LOSE IT ALL BY ONLY ISSUING ECARDS!!! IF I DON'T RECIEVE MY REFUND BACK FOR $150 WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN $168 paying $20 shipping cost plus shipping and insurance to return I won't hesitate to get my bank involved. These people are professional thieves.

Worst customer service. I ordered because suits were 40% off with a code. There was no place to enter the code so i hit "place order" thinking it would be there. It was not. I immediately emailed them and waited for a response. Did not get one. Found a phone number this morning and called. They will not honor the discount or cancel the order. It was no error on my part but their site and they refuse to do anything. They could care less about their customers.

Well I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered the white eyelet skirt for my granddaughter back in March 2020. They certainly took my money....but I never received the skirt. I have emailed them at least 5 times with no reply. I finally called my bank and they refunded my money to me. You'd think with so many complaints this place would be shut down!

You want to avoid buying anything from this company. Their suits are pretty shoddy and they will not give you your money back on a return.

Boy shorts were more like a spanks girdle that went up to my chest and the $50 tankini was terrible flimsy material that was super short. Beware though when returning items. They give you a return label but if you use it you only get credit not your money back so make sure you read the fine print.

This company is a complete ripoff. I have been battling with them in regard to a refund of a return of 2 bathing suits since February. They lie, try to tell you information that is not according to their "policy". I spent entirely too much time trying to gain some sort of satisfaction from this company. No wonder they are not accredited by the BBB. If I had known this I would never had ordered with them from the beginning.
